4BR Luxury Villa in Rum Point with pool and reef protection

4BR& Den/4.5BA Luxury Villa Zara is directly oceanfront in Rum Point on the north coast. This palatial villa offers excellent snorkeling directly behind the oceanfront infinity pool and a very sandy beach that offers long walks in either direction. Pool shoes/fins are required for swimming or snorkeling anywhere there is a marine environment. On-premises housekeeper provides daily maid services.

Many oceanfront windows and French glass doors to the sea flood the villa with Caribbean sunshine year round. Two pavilions, one on each side of the pool, offer guests a respite from the sun. Villa Zara is a superb wedding venue.

Large oceanfront freshwater pool with lounge chairs, fixed bar and dining tables. Very sandy beach. Propane BBQ near pool. Very large and modern kitchen and dining area, central A/C, WiFi Internet access included. Plasma TV and stereo in Study. Gated and fenced property with plenty of off-street parking.

(3) Queen Suites; (1) Twin Suite. Daily maid service and on-premises manager (who live in guesthouse by gate to preserve your privacy, but also to be ready to help when you need). Accommodates up to 8 people (8 adults max.); Excellent family or 2-couple villa and twins can be made up as a king bed for a 3rd couple.

All rates INCLUDE Government Occupancy tax

$3,000 damage deposit waived with purchase of $39 CSA Damage Deposit Insurance.

We have rented many vacation homes but Villa Zara is the most opulent, inside and out, of them all.

Picture perfect in every way. Beautiful private setting, seems like we were all alone on our own Island!

Phil and Yvonne are gracious and welcoming in every way.

We do not want to leave tomorrow.

We really enjoyed our vacation here at Villa Zara. This house, pool and beach are the best on the Caymans. The spectacular ocean views combined with the pristine property will make us want to come back again soon.

Thank you so much Yvonne and Phil for making our stay so wonderful! We had a perfect week here on the island.
Yvonne, your hospitality is second to none ….. the sweet personal touches like the fresh coconuts are what will make this a vacation not soon forgotten!
The guys enjoyed their several days of diving, while Jill and I spent our days relaxing at the pool and walking the beach.
Your dining recommendations were fantastic! Every place you suggested was wonderful….Over the Edge, South Coast, Rum Point Restaurant, The Lighthouse…
