House, 2 Bedrooms + Office/3rd BR, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

A beautiful executive style home in the prestigious gated community of Venezia in the heart of Palm Dessert, CA. Built in 2004, the home has a modern, open concept layout with over 2400 sq ft of living space. The newly renovated pool, with a cascading spa and fire pit await you in the private enclosed front patio,where you can enjoy the gorgeous southern and western mountain views. A private lanai, with comfortable lounges and BBQ awaits in back where you can grill and entertain.

This home features a huge great room with a wall of windows, plantation shutters and 10 foot ceilings throughout. There are 2 master suites, and a 3rd bedroom that can be used as an office. Each room has remote ceiling fans, flat screen TVs, and new comfortable beds (king, queen and trundle). The large fully stocked gourmet kitchen has an eat in area, pantry, granite counters and center island. A wrap around bar, open to the great room, makes entertaining easy.

The King Master suite has access to the back lanai where you can enjoy your coffee in the mornings and catch the Eastern sun. The second master has its own bath, walk in closet and views of the courtyard patio/pool/spa. A third bedroom has a desk, daybed and trundle and double doors leading to the pool and spa. Wireless internet, key board, mouse and printer for your productivity.

Each room has large flat panels TVs - 2 in the master bedrooms and a 60 inch flat TV in the great room with DVD and DVR. Cable TV includes sports package. Wireless internet and printer keep you connected and productive, while toll free phone calls in the US and Canada connect you to home.

Spacious 2 car garage, separate laundry room, dual air-conditioning and re-circulating hot water make your stay comfortable and easy. We purchased 2 new hybrid bicycles & helmets available to use while you stay.

We are so happy we purchased in this neighborhood. When we are able to get away, we walk into this home and just take a deep breath and count our blessings. The neighborhood people are friendly and its very tranquil and secure. We love the beautiful mountain views and the weather of the desert 'valley'. There is much to do, but we also just enjoy relaxing at the pool and cooking in the kitchen for our friends.

What makes this house unique

If you like the outdoors, the location is close to hiking, biking, shopping at El Paseo, and of course, golf. We recommend checking out McCallum theater to see a play or concert, or going to the Living Desert with the kids/grandkids to experience the landscape and habitat of desert wildlife. We also enjoy the beautiful sunsets as we sit by the pool. If you are a golfer, this is heaven with endless options to tee it up at many excellent and challenging courses. If you like to eat, we have left you several restaurant recommendations that we have enjoyed that are within a short drive. Our goal is for you to enjoy the property as much as we do.

We had the most wonderful time! Even Drew said this is one for the history books. It was everything and more that we were hoping for.

Walking into the place was amazing, it was so huge and bright and beautiful. We loved how it was "Homey" but still so extravagant. Everything we needed or wanted was there. We enjoyed all home cooked meals, tons of pool time, played scrabble, we even rode the bikes!! We did go to the casino, and well, it didn't end well :P But we still had tons of fun, and when we got back to the house, non of it mattered because we were just so so happy. Oh, and we even found a wonderful place off the ride a bit to film part of Drew's music video, so that was fun too.

We loved the manual, it was clear and spelled out; you guys did such a good job, thank you so much for letting us stay there. Everything really did turn out just wonderful!

Once again we were lucky enough to book a month long stay along with my sister, brother in-law and niece. When we arrived everything was very clean and well maintained. The house is very roomy,
comfortable and beautifully appointed. We enjoyed our stay and spent most of our time outside by the pool and Lanai area. The house is well situated,close to shopping,theathers,restaurants and nice walking and biking paths.Thank you for supplying the new bikes and the for all the books,maps and great ideas of things to do. We loved our time here and hope to be back again next year. Thank you Patti,Joy and Bill for making us feel so comfortable.

We were fortunate enough to be the first guest of this amazing house. The house is roomy, comfortable, nicely decorated and close to all the great spots. Everything we needed and much more. I spent most of my time by the pool. We definitely recommend it. Thank you Bill, Joy, and Patti for making great memories. You have a lovely house. We are already planing on booking a stay with my sister and her family.
