Apartment, 1 Bedroom + Den, 1.5 Baths, (Sleeps 2-4)

Brand new gorgeous Loft, impeccably furnished, marble/wood floor, never lived in. The kitchen has granite countertop with modern stainless steel appliances. Microwave, oven. Very comfortable queen size bed and two pull out sofas.

Washer and dryer are inside the unit. Linens,towels and beach towels provided. Hair dryer and iron provided.

Wi-Fi Internet connection and TV cable.

Housekeeper on demand.

The property well secured. Lock on the front gate and second lock on the entrance door to the building.

Quiet neighborhood just one block to Lincoln Road, a shopping and dining area. Unique stores offer items not typically found in malls, and restaurants and cafés are common. Most restaurants offer either indoor or outdoor seating, including in the middle of the pedestrian mall area. And without question, the people watching on Lincoln Road can match any place in the world. Walking distance to the beach.

My wife, my 4 years old daughter and I spent 8 days in this very nice apartment and had a great vacation there! Perfectly located: close to Lincoln road but not too much to be noisy, not far from the beach (few blocks distance) we rented bikes and used somethimes taxis to move convenient and quick in the South Beach area. The furnitures were almost brand new and we had everything we needed to cook and to relax when we had enough from the animated life of SoBe!
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
