This beautiful 5 bedroom 3500 sq ft town home is located directly on the water at Garrison Bight, with direct access to Florida Bay. 'The Commodore's Manor @ Paradise Harbor' (Formerly 'Paradise @ The Bight') has everything you'll need while you're in Key West: luxurious accommodations, a dramatic water view from every floor, a private pool, your own boat slip, even a 2 car garage. You'll have your own little world, but you'll also be walking distance from all the restaurants and attractions of Old Town.
THE LIVING AREA...
On the ground floor, you'll find the large 2 car garage and a covered dining area near the pool. You can take the stairs or the elevator to the first living level. As you enter, you'll be struck by the openness and light, with sunlight streaming in from the sliding window walls that open to the large porch. The living area has plenty of room for everyone, with a large high-definition TV and a queen sleep sofa for extra guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with the best appliances available and quite large, with plenty of room for the family chef (and kibitzers).
THE PRIVATE POOL AREA & PRIVATE BOAT SLIP...
Just a few steps from the back porch is the private pool, which is elevated for a better water view. You can also elect to have pool heat for $20 per day. There is an expansive patio and even a sheltered dining area. You can access the docks and your own private deep water boat slip via the back gate, which is lockable.
The first bedroom is on the first level, with 2 twin beds and a private full bathroom. The second level can be reached by the elevator or stairs, and this is where you'll find the impressive master bedroom suite with king bed and a bathroom with Jacuzzi. The third bedroom is also on the second level, and has a queen bed and en suite bathroom. On the third level there are two more bedrooms: the fourth bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. The fifth bedroom has four twin beds! There is a full bathroom in the hall.
Central Heat and AC, Ceiling Fans throughout, Private Pool, Private gated & lushly landscaped yard with BBQ Grill, Washer/Dryer, 50' Flat screen TV in the living room, a 42' flat screen TV in the master suite, and TV's in the other four bedrooms., Cable TV throughout, DVD Players, Microwave, Blender, Toaster, Full Gourmet Appointed Kitchen, Linens and Towels provided. Daily or weekly housekeeping provided upon request. Wireless high-speed Internet access, private, gated off street parking for 2 cars. This property will accommodate up to 12 adults.

Thank You for such a lovley vacation experience! We had a large crew that we entertained all week, fun was had by all. The kitchen lacked large bowls and,serving dishes that was taken care of by the management. Shel was so accomidating, will rent from him again!!
This was a memorable first visit to Key West and certainly has us thinking about our next. We arrived at the house to find it exactly as advertised. The private pool was very nice. The place was clean and stocked for the most part. We had several adult couples with our party and one drawback was the presence of only one true master bedroom. The others were nice, but no match. The main reason this review did not receive a fifth star is due to the distance from where we found ourselves spending most of our time during the week. There was a lot of commuting to the action. This of course is not the fault of the house and its amenities. I highly recommend bike rentals to keep in the private garage during your stay. Shel, our guest services coordinator, was very helpful and easy to get in contact with. We look forward to our return to the island.
The house was clean and well organized. We used the elevator with two sr. citizens. It was relatively quite and even though the weather was a little cool we used the pool. Close to stores and even walking distance to Duval for those who enjoy a stroll. Shel with the management company was very receptive to any requests/concerns. Shel provided a list for dining and activities and his suggestions were great - you have to go over to Stock Island to the Mexican Restaurant...fantastic. Also, the concierge service was great too - I used it to have a surprise for family with a gift bag and they did a great job. We did have one maintenance issue that was addressed immediately and to our satisfaction. Photos do the place justice....we are saving our pennies for the next trip.
This place was perfect for the bachelor party I planed. I had 16 guys attending and it fit us all with lots of room to spare. The kitchen is huge so if you're looking to cook some nights, this is the place. There is also is a large gill too down stairs. One thing that I was worried about was the location of the house. It turns out that the location was great. It is a walk to Duval but it's not bad at all. The group rented bikes and scooters, as you can use the agency to get you all your rentals. That a huge plus! You can cab it for $8-$10 to anywhere on the key. It was a awesome time and everyone else loved the place. I'm definitely going to use Shel and is Last Key Realty for my next trip to the Keys! We had a large family group of three generations stay a week in both units 6 and 7. From the start, Shel and his team were in contact with us prior to arrival and met us at arrival and the next day. We only had one maintenance request concerning the elevator in unit 6 and Shel had a technician on scene right away and the problem was fixed. We had previously stayed at a property in Tybee Island, GA that also had an elevator problem with several promises from the property manager to get someone there. They never showed. Shel and his team are very customer service oriented, which made our stay outstanding. The location of this property with its own docks was great for the fisher people in our group. They rented a boat from the marina nearby and had two great days of fishing. Others were able to walk or bike into Old Key West without problems daily. The sightseers in our group loved the old forts and museums in the area. There is an excellent Thai restaurant a short walk to the corner with amazing fresh sushi and other fare. The pools on site were great for all of the group as well as Higgs beach a short road trip away. There was ample parking for the five vehicles we had with two garages for the smaller ones. The kitchen and dining facilities was excellent for our large fish and other entrees dinner we cooked one night. We used the BBQ grill too. This property is outstanding for large groups and we would definitely stay here again.
The property was excellent and the service was very good....easy access to town and fishing.
Our entire family of nine enjoyed every minute at the Commodore's Manor. It was exactly as pictured and described in the on line site. The location was perfect for kayaking, walking to nearby shopping and amusements and enjoying the pool and large deck. We walked the length of Duval St. for shopping and people watching, enjoyed the Sunset Celebration, toured Fort Zachary Taylor, took the trolley tour, and did some snorkeling and kayaking. The restaurants had wonderful dishes, especially fresh seafood. We walked over to the nearby Thai Island restaurant one evening and drove out to the Hogfish Bar and Grill on Stock Island for a great local experience.
Everything was clean and neat; however the living room furniture could have been a little more comfortable. It looked nice, but the cushions or springs were shot.
Our agent, Shel Segal, couldn't have been more pleasant and accommodating. He's a real assett to LastKey Realty. We also used the concierge service a few times to answer some questions we had; they were very knowledgeable.
We would definitely recommend this property and LasKey Realty to others.
It was a wonderful, memorable reunion for our family.
