Unit D509 Newly Remodeled 2BR2.5BA with Gorgeous Beach Views!

Unit is nicely decorated, however maintenance of the Property in terms of the Pool being heated and the Whirlpool working properly was not acceptable. The pool is NOT heated, and if the outside temperature is cool or intending to swim at night, you CANNOT use this pool It is too cold! There was no one swimming in it the entire week we were there.

The whirlpool had a leak, was suppossedly fixed, but was not and the water level continued to go down. The whirlpool not working propertly + the fact the pool is not heated, was VERY disappointing as we rented during a week when the weather was cold/cool.

The management copy and owner told me it is not advertised as a heated pool, therefore it was sort of 'tough luck'. My relatives and other friends down there at the same time received a discount from the companies they rented from at the Mediterranea. They received up to $250 credits for this. We did not received anything for the incovenience.

As an owner of my own rental property, I would not service my guests in this manner.

This owner and BeachBreak Properties who you will deal with, did not offer anything credited for this nor accomodated us for anything, as the other Management companies did.

Again, the unit was clean and decorated nice but overall this lack of Customer Service was disappointing. We woud not rent there again, for sure not through BeachBreak Properties.
