'Natalie's Bahama Conch' is located in the Sanctuary at the Key West Golf Club. Just about everything in the house has been redone, from top of the line appliances in the kitchen to the Tommy Bahama designer furnishings throughout. In short, no expense was spared, and the expense was worth it for guests staying in this home.

THE LIVING AREA...

The open and airy main floor has plenty of room for entertaining, with a large flat screen TV. There's also a sitting room with additional space to gather and relax. The luxurious Tommy Bahama furnishings that give this house its name are comfortable and elegant. You'll never feel closed in, with porches upstairs and downstairs, at the front and back of the house. The gourmet kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances and has everything needed to prepare any meal.

A PRIVATE POOL, & A COMMUNITY POOL, TOO...

'Natalie's Bahama Conch' has a beautiful heated pool, nestled in the lush landscaping of the private back yard, surrounded by top of the line outdoor furnishings with luxurious red pillows for truly upscale outdoor living. If you feel like venturing out, just down the street is the resort style community pool, with plenty of chaises. There's a soothing waterfall, restrooms and a fitness room as well.

THE ACCOMMODATIONS...

Upstairs, the Tommy Bahama touch is once again evident in all 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a spectacular four poster king size bed, surrounded by a sheer canopy, and French doors opening out to the porch. The master bathroom has twin vanities and a tub and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with luxurious island flare. The third bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king bed on request. there is a full bathroom that is shared by these two bedrooms.

Last Key Realty requires a deposit of 50% of the rental total in order to hold the reservation, and the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to check in. Last Key Realty accepts payment via most major credit cards, as well as by check. Ask about our 1.5% discount for payment by check.
Fees And Taxes 12.5% tax & end-of-rental cleaning are additional. The first $100 of electric is included in monthly rentals. Rates over special events and holidays may be higher than the seasonal rate. Final rates to be discussed upon inquiry. Rate quotes provided verbally or by email are not final until contract is signed.
Discounts may be available for non-transient monthly rentals during certain times of the year. You retain the right to use, possession and enjoyment of the home during the entire period. In order to comply with City rental regulations the following also applies: Family and friends who stay at the house during the lease period must be named in the contract. No sub-leasing is permitted.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our month's stay at this lovely property. The house is very well maintained and beautifully furnished and decorated, which was accurately reflected in the pictures provided on the web site. The house is conveniently located near a number of restaurants on Stock Island and to Smather's Beach. It is also a short drive to Key West proper where there is access to additional restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. Our guest services representative was very responsive and readily accessible and available. The private pool in the yard was perfect and well landscaped for privacy. Since we like to play golf, being on the golf course was very convenient. We would highly recommend this property to others seeking a positive Key West experience.

We had such a nice stay in this fabulous home in May 2010. Every detail and need was met. The home was so beautiful, and well maintained. The property is located on the Golf Course and the landscaping gave you so much privacy when your were using the pool.
We felt so much at home, we will be re booking to stay back in this great home again in the near future.
Excellent choice!

Nice big beautiful house with open floor plan. Backyard patio area was great for barbecuing with family and friends. The maintenance services kept everything immaculate. Plenty of parking for guests. We gave it a 4 out of 5 stars only because we never did get a chance to experience the "heated" pool. We don't know if the heater was broken when we stayed there, but the pool water was freezing and unfortunately while the dense foliage surrounding the pool was very pretty and private, it kept the sun from warming the water.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: The pool heat was out of order. Unfortunately, our guests didn't comment and we didn't find out until after they had left. The pool heater has since been repaired and is functioning properly.

Our family spent a week in this gorgeous house and it was everything we could have asked for and more! We hope we get to stay there again next year. Not only was the house beautiful inside and out, it was immaculately clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The rental company was great to work with, very friendly and helpful, they made everything completely stress free! Highly, highly recommend!!
