The Meadows is one of the nicest neighborhoods in the Old Town area, but this exquisitely detailed home on Petronia Street truly stands out. As you turn onto this quiet little one-way lane, you will immediately see this stately new home with its traditional front porches and “Conch” architecture. Your location on Petronia Street will be ideal, just blocks from the best restaurants and most exciting attractions in Key West, yet you'll enjoy the peace and quiet that comes with being on the quietest residential street in Old Town.

THE LIVING AREA...

Inside, you'll see that “Bella Petronia” has been painstakingly designed for modern tropical living. As you walk in the front door, you’ll be struck by the very high ceilings. The living room has a large flat screen TV with two separate seating areas that will accommodate everyone comfortably. The large sliding doors open onto the pool and Jacuzzi with waterfall just a couple steps away. The entire pool area is very private. The dining room is a charming mix of modern and tropical and will seat up to 6 persons. You can also dine out on the covered patio. The gourmet kitchen has everything needed to prepare the most ambitious meals, including a real gas range. There is a queen sleep sofa and a powder room on the main level for the convenience of guests.

THE POOL & JACUZZI...

The private pool with its waterfall is completely surrounded by lush tropical foliage. The attached Jacuzzi is also very private; the perfect place to relax after a long day shopping in Old Town.

THE ACCOMMODATIONS...

Upstairs, each of the three bedrooms has an overhead fan, flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom. The first bedroom has two twin beds. The second bedroom has a king bed. The master bedroom also has a king bed, and access to a private upstairs porch.

Central Heat and AC, Pool with Jacuzzi and Waterfall, Parking in private car port, Washer/Dryer, 46' Flat Screen TV, Cable TV throughout, Microwave, Blender, Toaster, Full Gourmet Appointed Kitchen, Linens and Towels provided. Last Key Realty requires a deposit of 50% of the rental total in order to hold the reservation, and the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to check in. Last Key Realty accepts payment via most major credit cards, as well as by check. Ask about our 1.5% discount for payment by check.
Fees And Taxes 12.5% tax & end-of-rental cleaning are additional. Monthly rentals will include the first $100 of electric and propane. Rates over special events and holidays may be higher than the seasonal rate. Final rates to be discussed upon inquiry. Rate quotes provided verbally or by email are not final until contract is signed.

Lovely home in Key West, quiet neighborhood

We have been visiting Key West for over 40 years, and have had vacation experiences that ranged from delightful to woe begone, from homes that were not "ready for prime time." Bella Petronia is way up at the high end of the scale. A pleasant location without undue noise, nicely decorated, and in good repair. It was also much cleaner that we have often encountered. Last Key was easy to deal with and attentive to our needs. Property manager, Shel, was easy to reach and took care of anything that needed attention promptly. We look forwar to returning n the near future.

Perfect vacation home in Key West

We could not have been happier with our stay at this property. The place was exactly as described in the property pictures and overview. It was close to Duval Street but very quiet. The house was clean, well maintained and exactly what I hoped in a Key West home. We were met by Shel on our first night and he was very helpful and charming. There was a nice binder on local sites and restaurants. We particularly liked the Mangia-Mangia , only a block away on Margaret and Southard... excellent Italian food. Also enjoyed the lobster sandwiches at DJ Clam Shack. I would definitely recommend this place and Last Key Realty. The only challenge was driving in on Sunday of the Memorial Weekend. We experience bumper to bumper traffic the entire drive on US 1 and our 4hr drive turned into a long 6hr drive in. However, once we arrived we loved the weather and walked most places or used our rental bikes. A great time and we would love to come back again!

I cannot say enough good things about our recent stay in Key West at the Angel Conch. Beyond having a good time in the city of Key West, the house was more than perfect for the 6 of us. There were 3 couples and the space accomodated us wonderfully. The beds were super comfortable, living spaces were spacious, pool and hot tub were a bonus and the location was great. I would highly recommend this home. The people at Last Key Realty were very accomodating, as well.

We rented scooters to use during the day but walked everywhere else at night. It was nice to come back to a quieter neighborhood but still close enough to all the action. I would definitely book this home again.

This is a wonderful property!! Wish all my rental experiences could have been like this one. The house was pristine. Very important to my family. My 90 year old Mom had the front bedroom. She was very comfortable. The location was ideal too. Terrific restaurants within walking distance. Great experience.
