If ever a home was a precious jewel, it is this immaculate restoration located on 320 Elizabeth Street just two blocks from the Historic Seaport. When you enter through the front gate, you'll be struck by the privacy of the front yard, and the attention to detail everywhere you look; from the tropically colored Adirondack chairs on the front porch to the carefully maintained landscaping.
THE LIVING AREA...
The living room is beautifully decorated, with a vaulted ceiling and overhead fan. French Doors on two sides will allow you to enjoy those delightful tropical breezes. There's plenty of comfortable seating, including a queen futon for extra guests, and a flat screen TV. Everything has been meticulously restored, including the original wood floors. The kitchen is completely equipped for the most demanding chef, with plenty of counter space and all the small appliances one might need.
The living area extends out to the porch, where there is additional seating and another flat screen TV. There's a nice-sized heated pool just steps from the porch, and a tall fence surrounds the entire property so you'll always have privacy.
The first bedroom has a queen bed, vaulted ceiling and overhead fan. The bathroom is en-suite, with an oversized custom shower. The second bedroom also has an overhead fan and a queen bed. The second full bathroom also has an oversized custom shower. There's also an overhead loft with a full bed, and a futon in the living area.
Central Heat and AC, Ceiling Fans, Heated Pool, Private gated & lushly landscaped yard with BBQ Grill, Washer/Dryer, 32' LCD Flat Screen, Cable TV, DVD Players, Microwave, Blender, Toaster, Full Gourmet Appointed Kitchen, Linens and Towels provided. Daily or weekly housekeeping provided upon request. Wireless high-speed Internet access. This property will accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children. Pets considered.

Tropical Jewel was a delightful home that was in a fabulous location. We were able to walk everywhere in fact did not use our car once during our month long stay. The accommodations were very nice and the pool was great.in addition to being close to everything, grocery store, bakery,restaurants, and the seaport district it still had the feel of being very private.Lori was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely work with Last Key realty again, in fact have already booked again next year!
I looked forward to this Key West vacation for months, and I was not disappointed! The home was perfect for us. Inside was clean and comfortable. The accommodations were perfect; we spent lots of time on the patio, and the pool was awesome! The location was fantastic! No need for a car (parking can be tricky). Renting bikes is convenient and a great way to get around town. The property manager met us at the house on day one and was always just a phone call away if we needed anything. We love Key West and will definitely be back again!
We love the location of this cottage. It is in walking distance of the fish market, the best bakery, grocery, restaurants and shopping. We spend most of our time in the outdoor living area that is very private and quiet. Plenty of shade and sun. The pool is large and relaxing. The manager of the property is very responsive to our needs. We have rented this cottage several years in a row.
Tropical Jewel is the best property I have rented in Key West to date. The home is in an outstanding location both quiet and very private. The home was recently renovated with new appliances and bathrooms. The pool is large and heated.

My wife and I had a really good time staying in this house by the seaport. We did not need a car at all. It was a great location for fantasy fest and to go down and watch the boats go in and out of the harbor. The pool was our favorite place to just hang out and relax.
It's taken me some time to write this, but July in Key West was most memorable for us at this cute Key West cottage. We enjoyed the large pool and the outside area for morning coffee, dinners and barbecuing. The rooms in this cottage have been set up to be convenient and creative. We really enjoyed how close this place was to the seaport and Duval. My friends and family all loved staying here and we recommend it to everyone. It slept 6 adults very comfortably. Thanks to Lori for making sure we had everything we needed and for helping us during our visit. We love Key West and will certainly be back soon.
