This beach home can easily accommodate one large family or several families now 6 spacious bedrooms (including in law suite), and a 7th sunroom with a pull out sleeper sofa. The house has a charming old Avalon feel featuring original hardwood flooring throughout and fine antique detailing. Beautifully decorated you and your family will feel completely at home. Crib rentals and linen rentals are available upon request. In addition, this family friendly home features two brand new bathtubs.
