The home is upgraded with travertine tile throughout including both bathrooms, has an updated kitchen with corian countertops, and updated bathrooms with granite countertops. Enjoy the Arizona sunshine in a modern home with a very open floor plan, excellent mountain views with lots of windows, and vaulted ceilings. Located only 20 miles from Sky Harbor Airport. Very convenient access to many ammenities including golf, shopping, sports and cultural events. Red Mountain Ranch is an excellent area for bicycling and has many nearby hiking trails.

Empty nesting husband and wife are relocating to be closer to grandchildren in Chandler and Tucson. We have enjoyed living in the house for the last 20 years. The open desert and mountain views are spectacular. We have practiced and played golf at the nearby country clubs through out the years. We enjoy taking walks in the resort setting of Red Mountain Ranch.

Why Mike Manthey chose Mesa

Our family chose to build and live in this house since 1990 because we fell in love with the surrounding area. Red Mountain Ranch is a resort style community anchored by Red Mountain Ranch Country Club. The home is located on a quiet residential cul de sac street, so there is virtually no traffic or noise in the area. The area has easy access to the many ammenities in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area, and is less than 2 miles from Loop 202, the Red Mountain freeway. The views are spectacular in the area, with many people driving out to the community, parking their cars, and taking bicycling tours through the area. We have great access to numerous high quality and affordable golf courses.

What makes this house unique

We enjoy just being around the house, enjoy taking long walks in the early morning and evening. The property is one lot from undeveloped State land, so the views have been the same for 20 years. We recently installed a Jack Nicklaus Southwestern putting green to sharpen up our game. The nearby Red Mountain Ranch Country Club has a wide variety of short term memberships, so you can enjoy playing golf, practicing at the first class practice facility, swimming, tennis, the fitness center, and two excellent restaurants at the clubhouse. We have our favorite nearby restaurants and enjoy the easy access to many shopping centers, with 6 major malls within a half hour away

We really enjoyed our 1 month stay. The property was in excellent condition and included everything we needed and more. The outdoor grill was one of the best we've ever used. The putting green is a great extra for those that like golf. We liked the privacy and security of the area. Stores, golf courses and restaurants are all very close. Mike was very helpful and easy to deal with. We would definitely rent again and recommend the property to friends.

The house is very nice and the back yard is a great place to enjoy. Everyone had fun using the putting green at least once. Owners were very responsive to any questions before we got there and even a few calls once we were there. A very comfortable house to sit back and relax in AZ. We had 5 in our party and all the bedrooms were used, no problems. This makes a great short or long term rental.
