The villa is a 3,000 Sq. Ft., 2 story waterfront villa, with a pool. The Villa is composed of 5 bedrooms and 4 baths that will accommodate up to 12 guests. When entering the property, guests will be amazed by the wonderful water view from the living room and by the double height ceiling of this house. The design and furnishings are modern and comfortable and the open living area with 2 comfortable sofas and TV,makes a great place for family and friends to gather. All bedrooms are sized comfortably for a large family. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the room overlooks the pool and the canal. Its beautiful marble master bathroom features a shower and a tub. On the ground floor, two spacious bedrooms have two queen sized beds with a great view of the pool and canal, a full bathroom is shared.
The second floor is composed of 2 bedrooms, who share a beautiful bathroom with a nice comfortable tub and shower. Bedroom number 4 is furnished with a queen size bed; and bedroom number 5 contains two twin size beds. All bedrooms are equipped with TV's. Daily cleaning can be arranged for a small fee.
A computer, local phone calls are provided as part of this rental. Daily cleaning can be arranged for a small fee. *Wifi available for $ 15 a day, fee will be waived if guests fill up a survey*. Washer and dryers available on the premises*.
