Location of the apartment:

The Mantell is located on the very quiet West 24th street in the historic district of South Beach. Our apartment is just a 2 minute walk from the beach, 3 minutes and 7 minutes from Lincoln Road. The Mantell Tower is an historic Art Deco building that features a superb pool and gym.

About the apartment:

Unit 234 has 250 square feet of living space and will sleep two people comfortably. Unit #234 is equipped with a queen-size bed, nightstand, and a flat screen TV. It is being rented with everything you will need during your staying. The nice bathroom is equipped with a shower. This studio has a street view.

Local phone call and Wifi are free. The kitchenette is fully equipped. Cleaning can be arranged for a small fee.

This property is a legal short rental with all city and state licenses and is managed professionally.

Our extensive property management team will assist you in case of needs. The building has 24 hour video surveillance for your protection.

We may provide also resident parking permits for our guests, make sure that you reserve a permit.

Trato cordial. El apartamento en buenas condiciones. Los servicios del edificio muy buenos: gimnasio, lavandería, etc.
Muy recomendable. Repetiré con Miami Habitat como ya he hecho las 2 veces anteriores.
