Located in the heart of Tulsa, this home is perfect for a peaceful retreat for the entire family. Our home sits on 1 acre and is full of mature trees with a fenced in backyard. Outdoor dogs are welcome, but no cats. Centrally located in Tulsa, the house sits near Expo Square, Promenade Mall, the OU, TU and ORU campuses, the Osage Casino, Southern Hill Country club, LaFortune Park and Philbrook Museum. We sit equal distance from St.Johns and St. Francis hospitals, and are close to other museums, casinos and shopping areas. Tulsa's beautiful downtown (BOK Center, PAC, Blue Dome district, Tulsa Drillers, Courthouse), other golf courses, the Jenks Aquarium and river walk, and the Cancer Treatment Center of America are less than 20 minutes away.
Fix some meals in the spacious kitchen, relax on sofas and comfortable chairs, and spend quality family time playing board games, cards, ping pong or foosball. Invite friends and relatives over for a formal meal in the dining room. There is a king size bed in the master, a queen bed in one bedroom, bunk beds in another and a full and twin in the fourth. The big screen TV with cable will give time for a movie at home while burgers are cooked on the grill out back.
The large back yard will give the kids plenty of places to play and parents areas to walk in the serenity of Oklahoma nature.

David and Marianne are both educators and spend time with their 4 children and many pets. Soccer and volleyball are major parts of our lives. We are both natives of Tulsa and enjoy sharing our homes with friends, family and travelers.
David Brown purchased this house in 2011
Our families have lived in Tulsa for over 100 years. This city is economically stable and open to new ideas and growth. The Expo Square/fairgrounds and renovated downtown have activities occurring weekly.
Walk the neighborhood, relax on the back deck, and enjoy all the comforts of home. This fully furnished home has a complete kitchen for stay at home meals.
Thank you for a wonderful stay for 5 old friends celebrating the 40th anniversary of one friend's years working with youth, children, and Sr. Adults in her church! We looked at motel suites,/rooms but I suggested a VRBO home because my family has used them for several years in several states - I think I've converted 4 new families to VRBO! All the girls were very impressed with your home & hospitality - delicious, fresh-baked cookies awaiting our arrival, breakfast items (eggs, milk, & Juice) in the fridge, 4 bedrooms with 6 beds/2 bathrooms, plus living room, large kitchen, dining room, etc.! All at a cost that was about 2/3 of the price for 2 motel rooms. We all agreed that your place would be a wonderful place for a family reunion with all of the extras that we didn't get a chance to enjoy - the ping pong table, foosball, beautiful backyard, and grill. At their request, I shared your contact info with all of the girls - you may definitely hear from some of us in the future! May God Bless you and your family!
Everything was perfect for our annual trip to the Chili Bowl. This is only 10 minutes from the Expo Center and in a great neighborhood. The house has plenty of sleeping and sitting arrangements for our crew of 5. The large backyard with the patio and grill was perfect for the long weekend. Thanks again for the perfect place to stay and the cookies, milk, juice, coffee, and other little things. Hope to stay here again next year!
The listing was accurate. The property was clean and well maintained. We arrived early in the morning and they were able to accomodate us. Thanks for the wonderful stay
Firstly, the owner couldn't have been nicer.
The house is clean and well kept. The back yard is a tremendous plus for this property.
Love the pay it forward tradition of the kitchen.
Was skeptical at first, but now no more. We took a family vacation with in-laws and had two toddler's. So much better than a hotel. The kiddos could run around without us worrying about disturbing others. Kids loved the huge backyard and catching fireflies at night. We didn't see the fox. The horseshoes, ping pong, and Foosball was loved by all. Loved the homemade cookies, my husband didn't want to share. Thanks for the start up groceries. We loved staying in your home, thank you. Diffidently recommend anyone staying there especially if you have children.
We had a wonderful time in Tulsa. We were in town for my son's wedding and our rental house became a great meeting place and hang-out for all of us out-of-towners. Nine of us here stayed across 4 different families. The house was very well laid out with lots of space for everyone.
We made good use of the backyard patio including the barbeque. The fireflies are amazing in the evening and we even saw the fox one morning.
David, thanks for "starter kit" of groceries and other supplies and the home-baked cookies.
I would highly recommend this house to anyone. We loved it.
