The 80 m² Apartment is light, comfortable and generously furnished with all modern comfort and was awarded four stars by the German Tourist Board in 2004. The modern kitchen includes a dining corner. The kitchen is supplied with ample crockery, glassware, pots, pans and electrical appliances, including a large fridge/freezer. The bathroom is fitted with bath, shower and WC. There is a large entrance hall, living room with a further dining area and two bedrooms (one bedroom with two single beds), all tastefully decorated. Additional sleeping accommodation is possible for an additional two people in the living room. The living room has a large south facing balcony, inviting you to sit back and enjoy the spectacular view. The farmhouse is situated 250 meters above the small town of Freienfels and is named ‘Hof Freiblick’ which literally translates to 'Open View Farm'. With its quit, peaceful atmosphere the farm is the ideal playground for children and for adults, a chance to relax.

Hof Freiblick is situated 250 meters above the small town of Freienfels and is named Hof Freiblick which literally translates to 'Open View Farm'. It offers a quiet, peaceful atmosphere with beautiful views over the Weil Valley to the forests of the Westerwald. Here you have got the chance to relax in the tranquil surroundings of the countryside. Every year the town of Freienfels organizes one of Germanys largest and most well known Medieval Festivals, including tournaments with Knights in Armour. The festival is held in and around the ruins of the Freinfels Castle which dates from 14th century. The solar heated swimming pool in the town of Weinbach can be reached within 15 minutes walk or few minutes drive, also the Crystal Cave in the village of Kubach. The beautiful towns of Braunfels, Wetzlar and Limburg are all within 30 minutes drive from the farm. The town of Weilburg which Goethe described as the 'pearl of the Lahn' can be reached within 10 minutes drive.
