This large and attractive townhouse is nestled across from the Snowcreek meadow with beautiful aspen trees, a duck pond, and a view of Mammoth Mountain from the living room and master bedroom. Located close to the Snowcreek Golf Course, Snowcreek Athletic Club and the winter shuttle, this 3 bedroom/loft/2.5 bath unit sleeps 8 to 10 people. Additional features include HBO, a Gas BBQ, CD player, High Speed Internet access and laundry room. Snowcreek offers luxurious grassy knolls, spas, saunas, and a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy a hike in the meadow or a cross country ski trek while taking in nature's majesty. This is one of Mammoth's most premier and requested properties.
Living Area: Large kitchen with high bar counter, breakfast nook, formal dining area, TV/DVD/VCR/CD, stone hearth wood-burning fireplace, washer/dryer, deck, and half bath.
Master: King bed, patio/deck with view, and full bath (TV).
Bedroom #2: Queen bed, shared bath, and with view of pond.

Loft: Full sleeper sofa and queen bed.
