We moved to the Green Valley/Sahuarita area in 2010 from rainy Washington State and have to say we haven't missed the Pacific Northwest one bit. We love cruising in our 1956 Chevy and riding the two lane roads on our Harley. The year round outdoor lifestyle suit us perfectly.
The Owner purchased this townhome in 2011
We looked at possible rental properties for two months and choose this particular townhome because of the two patios which both have views of the Santa Rita Mountains. We liked the friendly neighbors and the welcome we received from all we met. The townhome is conveniently located to the golf courses, GVR and a shopping center, which we thought would be a benefit to persons who are looking to enjoy a vacation and have access to the bascis close at hand.
Some of the things we have enjoyed about living in the Green Valley area is all of the activites that are available. There is a club or group for just about every type of interest a person might enjoy. We like to stroll through the Wednesday Farmer's Market. We like to eat out and the choice of cusine offered in the local restaurants in the area lets us enjoy al sorts of unique cultural favorites.
