You can enter from the street & front porch or the garage within the highly desirable semi-private Quad area (secured for use only by Quad owners, renters, & guests), which includes a large shared Pool with lounge seating, Garden Seating outside the pool area, Charcoal Grilling Stations, and beautiful landscaping fully surrounding the common area. There are several street parking spaces conveniently located in front and on the side of the Townhome. This unit is just a short stroll to the Ole Village Center.

There is a powder room next to the kitchen and garage entrance. The 2nd Bedroom is professionally decorated with a crisp, Nautical theme appropriate for adults and children alike. The furniture and trim are a clean and beautiful white with colorful bedding and accents. There are two twin beds with one trundle bed, so three people sleep comfortably in the 2nd Bedroom. The 2nd Bedroom is also complete with a large screen HDTV. There is a closet with two sliding doors, plenty of drawer space and a full bathroom just outside the entrance to the 2nd Bedroom. The 2nd floor full bathroom with shower and tub is also decorated with a luxury hotel feel in mind. Enjoy the convenience of the 2nd floor laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. There is terrific storage and space throughout the Townhome to keep everything out of the way, decorative accents, custom window treatments and lighting fixtures.
