This place exceeded my expectations!

As much as I'd like to keep this short and simple, I want to make sure to really get across how much we enjoyed our stay here. Finding, deciding, and booking a place to stay online is not easy, b/c you know in the back of your mind that pictures could be outdated, only the nice parts may be shown, etc... Therefore, that is why I think reviews are a very important piece to the process. To start, the professionalism of the owner was awesome...quick response, very helpful, and made the entire process, start to finish...EASY! Upon arrival, we discovered that the pictures were not only up to date, but the place is even prettier in person. It was very clean, decorated beautifully (adult and kid friendly), furnished w/ any and everything you could need in a short or long term stay (aside from all your kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom needs...they even had beach towels & chairs, cleaning supplies, laundry supplies along w/ the W/D in unit, etc...). The unit itself had tons to offer: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, great kitchen that you could look into the living and dining room areas...so it felt very "homey" and comfortable for our family of four (even when I was cooking dinner, I felt like I was still spending time with my family). We booked this unit for a month and throughout our stay there, I knew that the owner/manager of the property would be available if we had any problems at all...BUT, we didn't! We had a fantastic stay and I have not one complaint. Even the location of the property was great...easy drive to Gulf Coast Town Center, food/groceries, the I-75, Lakes Park, and the beaches (Ft. Myers and Sanibel). One last thing that I want to mention is the about Terraverde community itself: not only was everyone very nice and friendly; but my young kids had a blast here, too! We went on daily bike rides and I felt very safe w/ my kids riding around b/c everyone seemed to be respectful on the roads and in the parking lots. My kids thoroughly enjoyed swimming at the pool; which also included getting to feed the fish off of the pool deck. I definitely would recommend this place to any and everyone and would be thrilled if we have the chance to stay here again! Thank you!
