This beautiful three story beach house is just a few steps from an almost private section of beach! Enjoy a view of the white sugar sand beach and glorious sunsets from the second and third floors. Perhaps you would prefer to lounge around a private pool, instead. The house is located in a lazy laid back neighborhood of private homes on the beach. At the same time, you are 5-10 minutes away from all the best restaurants and shopping.
Friends of mine once said that when they go on vacation, they want to stay somewhere that is nicer than their own home. That is exactly what we have tried to accomplish with this totally elegant Beach House. Purchased and decorated for 2012, this place has all the bells and whistles. Every bedroom has a King size bedroom suite. The two built in bunks have deluxe pillow top mattresses. There is a full sleeper sofa on the first floor and a queen sleeper sofa on the second. This is a perfect set up for two or more families.
Be prepared for luxury from the formal dining room with fireplace as you enter, to the 12 foot ceilings and magnificent crown moulding throughout. Granite counters grace the well equipped kitchen as do the stainless appliances. Watch your favorite shows on either of the two 55” LED screens or enjoy your show from the comfort of your bedroom.
On the second level you will find what we like to call the family suite. There you will find a large family room, including a wet bar and half bath. The built in bunks make this like a fourth bedroom. There is a large balcony overlooking the private pool. The second floor bedroom has a king bedroom suite with bath, balcony and large HD LED TV.
The third level has two king bedrooms with private baths. The Master Suite is adorned with a fireplace, a Jacuzzi tub and a spacious shower. A private balcony off the Master is a great place to enjoy warm moonlit Florida nights. The second bedroom has a beautiful Tropical King Bedroom suite for your comfort. Here you will find the best view of the Gulf through large windows that span two sides of the room. Both bedrooms are equipped with a large screen TV’s.

Prime Location: On the quieter end of PCB on the much desired beach side of Thomas Drive. A hundred steps down Albacore Street and you are on the beach... no crossing busy streets to get to the beach. Only 3 miles from St. Andrews State Park and walking distance from several restaurants and amusement parks.
Sorry, NO pets allowed. Must have someone over age 25 to stay in the house.
