A short 7 minute drive is world famous St. Armands Circle for fine dining and shopping along with the private beaches of Longboat Key. Fifteen minutes away is number one rated famous Siesta Key Beach, named Best Beach in America for 2011 for it's fine white 'sugar' sand.
And don't forget Busch Gardens in Tampa a quick 45 minutes drive and Disney, Sea World, and Universal Studios in Orlando less than 2 hours away.

The owner is a green home builder and property manager for the past 23 years and has over 72 downtown Sarasota apartments, homes, bungalows, etc in his portfolio. SILVA COURT is the signature property within the portfolio of properties. I have a full time maintenance person on call at all times.
My wife and I moved into this neighorhood in 1989 BEFORE is was called Laurel Park. I became very interested in neighborhood revitalization. We raised our two children in an original Florida Bungalow here and continue to live and work within the neighborhood. My wife is the owner/director of a private downtown preschool located across the street from the rental property. We both live and work within the neighborhood and have for the past 23 years.
My personal residence is located one block away and I am personally available to take care of any issues that may arise.
