ABOUT THE HOUSE
5 Bedroom, 3.5 bath professionally decorated home that sleeps 10 with 2 kings, 2 queens and a twin with trundle. Built in sound system, 8 televisions with DVRs, and Wi-Fi along with pool table and exercise room complete the home.
Hearth Room - seats 8 all with feet up on large cocktail ottoman to view the 42” flat screen (with DVD) above the wood burning fireplace. Plantation shutters, Hair on Hide leathers, and a bronze wildlife sculpture fill out the room. Access to outside dining area seating 8 and gas grill is from this room.
Master Suite – King sleigh bed with 500 count Egyptian cotton sheets with down comforter with television armoire (with DVD) and dual leather wing chair seating area. Reading lamps, large full length mirror, window bench and Plantation shutters for light control but not needed for privacy. From bed with morning coffee watched two newborn baby elk in spring. No one above or below room. Adjoining master bath with heated travertine marble floor, whirlpool tub, walk-in rain shower with seat with hand held hoses, and a separate water closet.
Formal Dining Room – seats 8 with traditional Chippendale style chairs and a china cabinet. There are 4 sets of china, stemware, and appropriate linens may be utilized for setting the finest of tables for any season or special occasion. Window seat with views and built-in sound system.
Library – Complimented with gas fireplace, mini digital grand piano, window seat, and luxury seating for four. This is a great place for morning coffee or evening happy hour.
Kitchen – Kitchen Aid and GE Appliances including double ovens and refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, 5 burner gas stove with griddle, and a 6 foot island with a second sink. A television to catch morning and evening news along with granite countertops, coat closet, desk, and built in sound system complete this room. Also includes a casual dining alcove seating 8.
Laundry Room – LG front loading washer, dryer, utility sink, and ironing area.
Lower Level Master Suite – is professionally designed with a vintage cherry queen headboard and footboard including custom made Pendleton wool blanket and coordinating Jacard print draperies. Museum quality vintage skis and accessories fill the walls. This master includes wall size closet, reading lamps, dresser, nightstand, full length mirror, luggage rack, chair, bench, and adjoining bathroom with large shower and seat.
Second Lower Level Bedroom – has a king poster bed appointed with 6 pillows. Bedding is French floral alpine linens. Large armoire, night stands, bedside chest, rocking chair, luggage rack, and table complete the room.
Lower Level Exercise Room – complete with cross country, treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, and Ab-Lounger machines along with a wall mounted television.
Lower Level Recreation Room – includes a pool table, 60” flat screen television, game table, game cabinet, wine fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and wood burning fireplace. Seating includes leather chair, sofa, and matching chair with ottoman along with a coffee table. Museum quality skis, snowshoes, sleds, and skates adorn the walls.
Upper Level Master - Queen sleigh bed with 100% cotton sheets and down comforter, television armoire with flat screen (with DVD), reading lamps, window seat, full length mirror, walk-in closet. Has adjoining private sitting room with desk, loveseat, small fridge, coffee maker, magnificent view, and twin bed with trundle. Also adjoining this master is a 2 vanity bathroom with shower/tub combination.
Loft Office/Studio - Very large loft office/studio with television, library tables, sitting area, and that magnificent pristine view. Comes with an executive desk, credenza, printer, and Wi-Fi.

Enjoy holiday fireworks and Norman Rockwell ice skating at its best on the world’s largest outdoor groomed skating rink along with ice fishing and summer activities of fishing, paddle boats, canoeing, kayaking, golf, birding, and hiking. Just minutes from whitewater rafting, mountain biking, hiking, sledding (saucers and toboggan on site), rock climbing, golfing, casinos, award winning winery and bike rides such as Triple Bypass, Ride the Rockies, Mt Evans Hill Climb, and the USA Pro Cycling Challenge. Other on site amenities are star gazing in willow chairs, basketball, croquet, badmitten, and birding. Enjoy your evening wine in willow chairs with Rocky Mountain views from our secluded romantic sunset spots. Rocky Mountain National Park, Pike’s Peak, and the US Air Force Academy are all less than two hours away. Mt. Evans Highway (at over 14,000 feet the highest paved road in America) is only 30 minutes away. Great getaway for the artist with inspiration views from every angle.
