We had such a great time at Peppertree, we wish we could've stayed longer. The street & neighborhood are quiet and the house was clean, cozy, bright and airy -- no need for the A/C. We brought some toys for our 4-yr-old daughter but never had to use them, we were too busy collecting shells, building sandcastles and riding bikes around town (we rented a tag-along from Beach Bums). We checked out the beaches all around Anna Maria and liked our section the best, it was the least crowded. We LOVED LOVED LOVED the bikes... didn't use the car but once or twice. It was incredibly relaxing! My husband and I read under the big, shady tree in the back in the afternoons while our daughter napped. My daughter loved the Dora plates and girls beach chairs and my husband was happy to find a fishing rod in the shed.We also really appreciated the beach umbrella and all the beach towels. No one was in the studio when we were there, so it was really private. I think the studio would be perfect for grandparent/in-laws but maybe a little too close for comfort with strangers and all the windows open. My husband didn't think it would've been a problem though. Lin was a pleasure to work with -- very helpful.
