The house is on a 1300 m² property with private 7x4 m pool. In addition, there is a really cosy grill house on the property called 'El Grotto'. It is only available to guest of this house and is excellent for cosy grilling evenings. It stays nice and cool here in the hot summer, while smells from the large swing grill fills the nose. There is seating for 8 around the grill. The large roof can be used as a terrace or additional parking. From the garden terrace, you enter the living/dining area on two levels with fireplace, satellite television, sleeper sofa and conservatory. Kitchen, 1 bathroom w/ shower, washing machine, 1 bedroom w/ double bed, 1 child's room with bunk bed. Upstairs there is 1 bedroom with double bed, from this one you enter another bedroom with pitched roof and French bed and access to the terrace, a second bathroom and a single bed in an open walk-through room.
