My husband and I live and work right near Fort Myers Beach that we rent out every winter . We take pride in our properties and are responsive to any of our renters needs. Since we are local, we deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. Liocation, Location! We have stayed at this property not once, but three seperate occasions. Walk across the stree to the beach a morning walk, a day in the sun and a beautiful sunset. Very close and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We rode bikes, walked the beach, got sunset, went restaurant hopping and just relaxed at the unit. Provides all the comforts of home with a beach setting and a privacy factor not found in the resorts. Highly reccommend! We will return.
