Townhome, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

Beautiful, spacious 2 story patio home, with cathedral ceilings and gas fireplace. Large living room decorated with new ivory leather furniture with aqua accents. Main floor powder room is adjacent to the main living space. An Office/den with lakeviews includes a desk with computer, printer and wi-fi internet.

The lighting throughout the home is controlled by dimmers, so you choose the ambiance you wish. Every room equipped with ceiling fans.

Main floor master bedroom and bathroom with double sinks, and walk in shower. On the second level are two bedrooms, both with large closets and new furnishings. There is also a full bath with a tub and shower enclosure.

Bright white fully equipped kitchen with skylights, with breakfast room, (seating for 6). Separate laundry room with new appliances.

Outside you will find a large wrap-around yard with professionally landscaped, and maintained gardens. The towering palms actually glitter against the pure blue sky!

A perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee is on the beautiful flagstone covered patio, overlooking your own private heated pool and spa (newly renovated in Dec 2011). Take in the amazing views of the large lake, arched bridges, and the clubhouse with community pool, across the water. The garden also features a gas fire pit and two waterfeatures with landscape lighting to set the nightime mood. You won't want to leave!

You get privacy, as well as open views of the beautiful surrounding grounds that are home to white swans and blue heron.

About The Owner

We live in Toronto currently and have moved several times throughout our married life to places like Copenhagen, Mexico City, Los Angeles, Chicago. After 12 years in Canada, we feel this is our home. We became dual citizens in April 2010. We have three grown sons, and look forward to spoiling grandkids some day.

The Owner purchased this townhome in 2011
Why The Owner chose Mesa

David and I lived in LA and used to come here years ago, so we decided this climate was perfect for us.

We loved this place as soon as we laid eyes on it! We bought it for ourselves, but since we have yet to retire, we thought of letting others use it, until we can visit for more months of the year.

What makes this townhome unique

We love having breakfast on the patio and watching the birds on the lake. We like to spend the afternoons relaxing by the pool and soaking up the warm sun. We also love to ride our bikes around the area, enjoying the beautiful weather. The restauraunts nearby offer lots of options as well, so if you don't want to cook, you don't have to!

Having just finished a wonderful month in this home, we can say that it was perfect. The owners are wonderful to work with: very concerned that our stay was trouble-free, and accomodating in every way. The outside pool, two waterfalls, fire pit and grill are unbelievable, not to mention the lake behind that. The owners even left us bikes to use. The pictures of the home are extremely accurate but really don't do justice to how expansive and comfortable it really is. The location is ideal: we walked back and forth to Cubs games, had dozens of great golf courses nearby, and were at the hub of the whole valley. Our experience with the house and the owners could not have been more positive.

We just spent a wonderful month in this beautiful home. It is truly an oasis. The pictures were very accurate. This home is in one of the most perfect settings, backing onto the lovely lake. We enjoyed each day here and even after a month it was hard to leave. We instantly felt at home. Mary & David were helpful and always available to answer any questions. There are many options for shopping and restaurants are in abundance, however you can't beat just BBQing and dining at home.
We look forward to our return visit.
