You rent a modern and comfortable unit situated in a former farm house built in typical frame work style. The first buildings of the Colony Friedrichsaue have been built in the year 1777. The Colony Friedrichsaue was founded by Landgraf Friedrich II. In a distance of less than 1 km you will find Zierenberg with lots of shopping opportunities and sightseeing highlights as for example the oldest frame work style community/city hall in Hessen. Zierenberg with the Colony Friedrichsaue are situated in the lovely and picturesque valley of the little river Warme. On the very close hills you can see and breathe history as ruins of castles or rebuilt towers. Do not miss to visit Kassel. It is just 25 minutes away from your residence.
