This property is brand new with 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and breathtaking views of Lone Peak. It has a convenient location just over a mile from the lifts and close to Yellowstone.

This home has all the character and comfort of a proper mountain top hideaway and the amenities of a 5 star resort. Relax in warmly painted rooms with comfy leather sofas and western antiques. A 6 person hot tub on one of the decks and a steam shower in the master bath await you after a long day on the mountain or just enjoying all that Montana has to offer. The family room and all the bedrooms have flat screen, wall mounted televisions with direct TV. The property is equipped with a game station and a DVD player to occupy children big and small. Highchairs and cribs are provided for little ones. Child care is available on the mountain, and our concierge service can assist with all your needs both prior to and upon your arrival.

About the Owner: We are a group of 3 couples that own Alpenglow #33D. We thoroughly love everything Big Sky has to offer and try to visit as often as possible. We are also child-friendly. Our main goal is for all of our guests to feel relaxed & comfortable in our home.

Big Sky is one of the most beautiful cities in America, in our opinion! Everything from the people, scenery, the skiing, and the atmosphere lends itself to a relaxing, let your hair down vacation. We chose this location because it is roughly 1/2 mile from the largest mountains in Big Sky - Lone Peak. We are also about 1.5 miles from the other skiing resort - Moonlight Basin. Our townhouse is about 10 minutes up the mountain from Meadow Village - which boasts much of the restaurants & shopping in Big Sky. In addition, there is a shuttle that picks up roughly 50 feet from the front door & will drive you directly to the ski lifts...free of charge! Last, we are only a short 1 hour drive from Yellowstone National Park.

The Unique Benefits at this Townhome: The benefits we enjoy while staying at our property are of course the hot tub! In addition, the views are amazing as well as the steam shower at the end of a long day. Our home is decorated to perfection...and enjoying a relaxing environment is what we all look forward to on our vacations!

It was fabulous

It was fabulous, thank you! The appointments were very nice and we enjoyed our stay very much. The only suggestion I would make was on the directions. We wandered around a bit. We kept going into the Big Sky Resort Area. I think it would be more clear if you say go PAST the sign on the left for Big Sky and then on your first right, turn onto Summit View and then a sharp right onto Heavy Runner. And if you get to Sitting Bull on your left, you've gone too far.

With the snow drifts, it was also hard to see the house numbers on the doors. Maybe above the garage? My husband and sons eventually just got out and wandered around, but we were tired and it was dark so perhaps we weren't very Christopher Columbus, LOL!

The skiing was great and we enjoyed a yurt dinner, a Yellowstone snowmobile trip, spa visit, a couple of dinners in town, the view and generally just being there. Thanks for renting us your home!

Our Stay was Wonderful!

Our stay was wonderful! It was a perfect fit for our group and we had everything we needed. We really appreciated all the details- humidifiers in the rooms, plenty of extra towels, toilet paper, etc. One thing we weren't sure of was how much cleaning we needed to do before leaving- did 2 loads of towels but weren't sure if we needed to clean more. We ended up doing a lot of cleaning- hopefully that was enough. Other than that it was wonderful and we will probably be back!

We had the best trip

We had by far the best trip of the last four years. The snow, the views of Lone Peak and especially the fact that all four of us are skiing more or less at the same level made for a fantastic vacation. Everything was perfect and we had everything we needed right in the house. I am sending you two pictures one is Christmas day (sunny one) and the other is Christmas eve (cold one !!).

We loaded towels in the washer and dryer but the last load did not make it into the dryer before we left.

Once again a great trip and a great stay, we hope to be back.

We had a very nice time

Hi Kelly,

We just came back from our trip to Montana. We had a very nice time and our kids loved the townhouse! I imagine that it is a blast viewing the skiers from the hot tub in the winter!

Here are a couple of things we observed during our stay...

1) The laundry detergent in the laundry room doesn't seem to be a HE detergent. It would probably be a good idea to replace this with the correct kind of detergent in the future...

2) We ran into some issues with the ice cream melting in the freezer, although the freeze had no issues creating ice cubes. The ice cream may have melted because we left it out too long - we're not sure. It might be something to keep an eye on in the future.

In any case, we all had a really nice time and we'd definitely recommend your townhome to our friends should they choose to visit the Big Sky area. Thanks for letting us rent your home and let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
