There are many great things to list about this condo. Please, first scroll down to see the photos that are worth a thousand words. Rest-assured that your family and friends will be staying in a very clean, very well-appointed condo featuring many fantastic amenities. The Decor' and Furnishings are all very nice and Comfortable! The Kitchen is fully-equipped and the Gas Grill is awaiting your Barbeque! You'll love sitting out on the Deck that has a expansive view of the Lake and the serene state park just across the water. The spacious Master Suite has a Queen-Sized Bed, Cable TV, and private bath with a tub / shower. The Second Bedroom offers a comfortable Queen-Sized Bed and Cable TV with VCR and DVD player. The Third Bedroom is in the Huge Loft area and offers 3 Full-Sized Beds with a TV and DVD player. The loft area offers a private Full Bath as well. Check-In 3:00 PM, Check-Out 11:00 AM unless otherwise arranged.

BOATERS: Our 12 x 30 foot slip is close by and available upon request. Larger slips are available as well. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be on the 2 Mile Marker of the Grand Glaize Arm near the Grand Glaize Bridge!

LADIES' WEEKENDS: All the shopping at the Lake is close by! The Lake of the Ozarks hosts the Factory Outlet Village, the largest Outlet Mall in the State with over 110 factory direct outlets. These stores are jam-packed with famous name brand merchandise at prices that will amaze even the most experienced bargain hunters...25-70% savings. Ask me about special coupons!

GOLFERS: You've surely heard of the awesome courses the Lake area boasts. All of them are just a short drive from the centrally located Parkview Bay Complex. Bring those Clubs!

Hello, My name is Jason Boschert and I'm pleased to be the Property Manager for this fantastic Parkview Bay Condominium. Please feel free to contact me with all of your questions, for any needs during your stay, and if you'd like any recommendations for things to do while visiting the Lake of the Ozarks. The Lake of the Ozarks is an area we've always enjoyed vacationing. Once we were in a position to purchase a vacation home, this was our first choice! There's been so much growth at the Lake in recent years that all the comforts of home are right here - when you're 'away from it all' at the lake, everything you need is still close by which makes it that much more relaxing to take a break!

This was our second time staying in this condo for a girls shopping weekend. There were 8 of us and it was nice to have 3 full bathrooms to share. We enjoyed spending some time on the balcony which was large enough to accomodate all of us. Very close to the outlet mall which was convenient. The battery was low on one of the smoke alarms, we called Jason & he was there within 45 minutes to change the battery for us. We will stay at this condo again for our next shopping trip.
