Unit B Summer Rates: June 15th to September 4th: Only $1550 per week, plus taxes and cleaning fee.
Minimum one (1) week stay required.
Unit B Winter Rates: Available October 1, 2013 through June 15th 2013 with ALL utilities except PG&E included at $1800 per month. Minimum 30 days required.

-Bamboo Hardwood floors in living and dining area.
-Master bedroom and full bath on upper level.....2nd bedroom and 1/2 bath on lower level. Master bath with shower over tub and tiled floors, granite counters.
-Includes washer/dryer shared with other unit in separate laundry room.
-Home is equipped for your entertainment with a TV in each room.
