Just purchased! Charming three bedroom, year round home. Sleeps 8. Located on dead end street with minimal traffic. Overlooks Wells Salt Water Marsh and less than 2 minute walk to the center of Wells beach! Also within walking distance is a playground, Boardwalk Arcade, shops, restaurant, and trolley stop. Two bedrooms and bath are on the first floor. Four season porch with two sets of bunk beds and t.v. area. Full basement with washer/dryer and air hockey for teens. Back yard overlooks the marsh. Table/chairs for evening relaxation and sunset views of the marsh. Perfect for one or two families!

Other Activities: beach combing, movies, shopping, Ogunquit Playhouse

Perfect house for a weeks stay!

We spent the week at this house in July 2012. There were 7 of us, and we had the best time! This house is on a nice dead end street, in perfect walking distance to the ocean beach, shops, and places to eat. We enjoyed everything about the house, and the owner was amazing as well! She answered all of our questions, and was available anytime we asked her for anything. We will definitely come back again!
