Beautiful 2 bedroom 1-1/2 bath condo- located in beautiful East Vail. Private and quiet end unit.

Fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor grill. Plentiful linens, towels, flatware. Massive wood-burning fireplace! So cozy!

Clean and comfortable condo -enjoy the amazing mountain sunsets right from the comfort of the living room fireside or on the beautiful deck over looking a huge meadow. Great back yard. Only steps to the FREE town of Vail bus. Great location for the entire family!

Each bedroom has a queen bed- also, there is an air mattress available for kids or additional guests.

Two baths- (one full bath- toilet--tub-shower-sink) The other is a half bath (sink and toilet)

Two decks with great views - one off the master and one off of the living room.

Brand new large flat screen tv in the living room and internet access included.

Plenty of parking available

My wife and I flew from out east to enjoy NYE in Vail. We used to have a condo in East Vail and LOVED this condo and location. The owner is an absolute joy to deal with and the unit has everything you'll need! Bus stop into Vail very close and the view is wonderful!!
