About The Owner
In 2004, after years of living in New York City, my wife and I headed across the United States to put down roots in San Francisco. We wanted to live in a place that has all of benefits of a world class city, but also allowed us to take advantage of a more balanced lifestyle and everything nature has to offer. Once we arrived, we knew right away that we found our home in San Francisco.
San Francisco has the uncanny ability of being a big city that feels like a small neighborhood, and no matter where we go the city feels familiar and welcoming. The people are warm, even when the weather is not (always bring a sweater), the food is outstanding, and San Francisco's charm only grows as we explored every corner of the city and amazing surroundings.
Whatever it is that makes the city so special, it has treated us well. Since our arrival we have gotten married, had two wonderful daughters, and had the pleasure of spending the last two years in our house in the Sunset (an area that is one of San Francisco's best kept secrets).
We could not be more excited to share our home and the city that we love with you, and we hope that you will enjoy exploring and falling in love with San Francisco as much as we have.

Why The Owner chose Sunset District
The Sunset is an amazing location that offers access to the best that San Francisco has to offer. You are right by Golden Gate Park. The dining options are unbelievable yet affordable. The public transportation has direct lines downtown, and you have direct routes to the Golden Gate bridge, The Bay Bridge, and Highway One and points down south. If you want to explore San Francisco and it its surroundings, this is the neighborhood to do it from.
What makes this house unique
No matter what your interests Golden Gate Park has something to offer everyone, and it is right outside our front door. There is hiking, running trails, bike paths, and playgrounds. Not to mention the Academy of Science and The De Young Museum which should not be missed (just minutes from our front door).
You cannot beat the Sunset neighborhood for dining options. Whether you want burger, tacos, Thai, Pho, burritos, Dim Sum or Falafel.
We are just down the road from Ocean Beach, one of San Francisco's most beautiful beaches.
Additionally, you are minutes from the Golden Gate Bridge, and all points north that include the Marin Headlands and Wine Country.
