This is the closest thing to being on a cruise ship. You are ON the water. The view is breathtaking and the soothing sound of the beach waves keep you company 24/7. Absolutely no traffic! Just waves!! A spectacular sunrise awaits you. Miles of sandy beach surround the apartment. Look for 'Punta El Medio', Isla Verde in Google maps for the exact location. The Isla Verde beach is on one side (where the El San Juan Hotel is), and the more quiet beach of the Ritz Carlton is on the other side. Both beaches are very long and have water sports and chair rentals. So, if you like walking or jogging on the sand, water sports, swimming or just want to enjoy an endless summer view this is the place to stay. The apartment is just remodeled. Everything is new. Full kitchen has everything you will need. Full bathroom with shower. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is 1 futon in the living room that sleeps 1. Parking inside gated property. Book now!

When I first stepped in the apartment I just couldn't believe how beautiful the view is! It is amazing.

We completely remodeled the apartment and it is now a jewel. It is on the beach and next to one of my favorite restaurants in all of San Juan. You, like me, will love to relax in this cute restaurant/bar next door with a wonderful deck and great hamburgers and mofongos!

What makes this apartment unique

Quiet hideaway: We are on a quiet street. Close to everything but far from the traffic and noise of Ave. Isla Verde. Our beachfront is quiet. The only thing you will hear are the waves...

Punta El Medio (also known as Biascoechea) in Isla Verde! The most beautiful beaches at your step!

Things to do: Walking distance from the apartment there are hotels, casinos, a Walgreens and lots of restaurants. Pueblo Supermarket is a five minute ride in car away. Next to the apartment there is a nice restaurant with a spectacular view (the same one you will see from thel apartment) with a deck where you can relax, listen to music, eat or just have a drink. This apartment cannot be beat!

Miles of sandy beach surround the apartment. It is located in 'la punta del medio' or 'Biascoechea' in Isla Verde. The Isla Verde beach is on one side (where the El San Juan Hotel is), and the more quiet beach of the Ritz Carlton is on the other side. Beautiful!

I'm not one to bother with reviews, but this place was so nice I felt I had to. If you are reading this review you'll see that it's one of many 5 star reviews. That's why I chose it and I was not disappointed. The pictures online do not do justice to the beauty that is laid before you in this unit. The living room boasts one of the best views of ocean and sky that you will ever see. Best part is that windows open wide to the sight and sound of the ocean and cools the apartment with a breeze coming off the ocean. The kitchen is small, but is equipped the essentials for a week of vacationing. The bathroom is nice and has a big shower with good water pressure. The bedroom also offers a beautiful view, although not as nice as the living room. The tv in the living room is small, but I can't imagine you would ever find the need to turn it on. We spent five days here and never even thought to turn it on. Plus, the unit has wifi so it's perfect to do a little work on your laptop, but you won't want to. Believe me. The location is good too. It's a step away from the beach and walking distance to several restaurants and a Walgreens. There's a supermarket about a half mile away if you don't mind walking. The area feels safe as you will see police and other tourists walking through the streets freely during the day. The landlord is responsive and appears to take great pride in her place. The caretaker was kind and helpful too. Overall, this was a great place to rent and made experiencing Puerto Rico a terrific event . We were sad to leave, but we'll be back. Amazing!

We really enjoyed everything about this place, the ocean waves were so relaxing to hear all the time and the apartment had all the supplies that one needs when being away from home, even cooking utensils. Lourdes and Mr. Arnold were also very kind.

Perfect location!

This trip including myself and my boyfriend and it was our first time to Puerto Rico, so when I found this condo online, until I actually got there, I wasn't sure what I was going to find, especially since there was only one other review available at the time. This was a well maintained, CLEAN condo in a great location. It is right on the beach! You look out of the bay windows in the living room and bedroom onto the ocean which sometimes comes right up to the building. There are multiple local restaurants as well as hotel restaurants (and fast-food) all within walking distance. The facility manager was great about answering calls and giving us suggestions for eating places. It is also located close to highway exit for the highways to get yourself where ever you want to go. This was less expensive than the hotels in the area, much more private and well worth the money. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Perfect quaint little place

I thought about writing that this place doesn't live up to the hype
JUST so it didn't get more traffic and could be available any time we
want to come back. But that wouldn't be fair game to Lourdes, who was
great and helpful. I have to confess that this place is simply AMAZING!
The location is ideal, and the premises are perfect!! The apartment has
a great view, and the sound of the waves are so soothing. Kitchen is
equipped with pots and pans, utensils, bowls, plates and cups. You have
private access to the beach and a couple of restaurants at walking
distance. If you want to discover Puerto Rico rent a car! The unit
includes a private parking space so that was a plus. The building does
not have a pool but it is just so comfortable and intimate that we
didn't even miss it. And besides you couldn't possibly find a bigger
pool than the ocean. Thank you Lourdes for offering such a well-kept place.

Wonderful weekend get away

We had a wonderful vacation at this property. The view from the condo was wonderful and the quick access to the beach made relaxing easy. It was nice to have a secure parking spot for our rental car. The location allowed us to walk to multiple restaurants and to easily get a cab to Old San Juan. Our only recommendation was some bar height chairs for by the window to sit and enjoy the view of the ocean (for those of us who don't get to see it very often!)
