Great place! Plan on returning someday. The view from the unit was priceless!!! Very clean, quiet, and the beach was steps away. Great pool. The unit was within walking distance of all accomadations. Thanks for a great experience.

The owners are helpful from the first contact made and the reservation process very easy!

The condo itself is exactly as pictured and described! We cooked quite a few times and the kitchen has all the basics as far as dishes and cookware goes. The bed is super comfy and every night we left the balcony door open to hear the sounds of waves crashing on the beach all night long! It was WONDERFUL! The balcony is perfect rain or shine. The views are amazing and every day of calm waters we saw dolphins out in the water. The beaches on Anna Maria Island are beautiful, clean and great for finding shells. A car isn't necessary to get around the island because the trolley will get you where you need to go. There are a lot of great choices for restaurants and I highly recommend The Sand Bar for a sunset dinner on the beach and Anna Maria City Pier has excellent fried flounder and fries!! Anna Maria is quiet and laid back so if you are looking for party place and loud night life - this is not it. If you want relaxation and feeling like you are at a home away from home I highly recommend it!

We booked at the last minute and the owner was so helpful and accommodating. The condo was very clean and had plenty of room for us and our 6 year old daughter. The beach was so beautiful and uncrowded which was a huge bonus. You have everything you need already there. The sounds and views were perfect and we will definitely be back. Our first time visiting the island and we loved it.
Thanks for making our experience the best!!

Spacious studio with fully stocked kitchen and bath, cable on the flat screen, comfortable king-sized bed, and a balcony overlooking the gulf. Couldn't ask for more. The building has an elevator, making it easy to unload and reload all your necessaries. The owner and onsite property manager are friendly and accessible. The pool area is nice for relaxing after a day on the beach. Convenient to everything AMI has to offer. Will definitely stay here again.
