Southwest Florida was the perfect place to explore while looking for our future retirement home. Living in the cold Northeast made it even more appealing! We were immediately captivated by the breathtaking views from the lanai at this particular unit, and by the exquisite amenities that fill each and every room, making it feel quickly like home!

We were attracted to High Point Place because of the beauty of the Ft. Myers waterfront district and the proximity to beautiful beaches, entertainment and so much more within walking distance. We hope to make it a future full time retirement home.

My husband Matt and I just recently relocated to the Southwestern Florida area. We had the opportunity to spend a couple months at HPP while searching for our permanent residence. What a gorgeous condo!! The view is exceptional and the interior decor was flawlessly done. The location to downtown restaurants and shops was perfect, just a walk or bike ride is all it takes. The condo is very private, we loved the security coded elevator access to our unit. There is a beautiful pool area and multiple grills to cook on or picnic while you watch the sunset. Sunsets are a must! The balcony off the living room is very large and has has plenty of space for dining and relaxing and enjoying the views!. We had a very enjoyable stay!
