1 Bedroom, 1 Bath (Sleeps 2-3)

Four or more nights in March and April only $225 per night. Beautiful large open living/dining room and bedroom. Office corner if you need to work at home. Newly remodeled-2012. Wake up in the tree tops in the premier resort in the nation. This is a bright airy condo with all original art and comfortable but stylish mid-century decor. There's a big, deep bath tub in a gorgeous mosaic bathroom.

Walk or take the free shuttle right to the gondola and the town center. It takes about 4 minutes. Fantastic bike and walking trails to town or to the nature preserve. Very small dog considered. One young child considered. There is a sofa bed.

Great Location, Modern Decor

Our Aspen property was under renovation, so we stayed here for a month during the Fall 2012. This light, airy and modern condo with high ceilings and fine art is in a great location for walking to town, the farmer's market and outdoor activities. It's close to hike the Ute or walk the trails near the Aspen Club and an easy summer walk into town. Christie is very accommodating and friendly. The unit has everything you'd need to be comfortable - linens, towels, kitchen accoutrements, keyless door entry, books, wireless internet and cable TV. We'd definitely recommend this lovely property!

Simply Amazing! The property is absolutely gorgeous with a wonderful fenced in yard to accompany your pets needs. The interior of the condo was meticulous. Bright, open and spacious. The deck was the perfect spot to relax and soak in the view of the mountains. Aspen trees filter in the light through the huge amazing windows. It feels like a your in a tree house. The bath tub was my favorite- what a perfect way to end a day of hiking. The condo has everything you need if you plan on cooking- full kitchen. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept great. The owner Christie was lovely and very helpful. It is located central to downtown with just a short walk or if you prefer the bus stop is right across the street. I cannot say enough good things about this unit- it felt like I was on a personal retreat. It has a very peaceful vibe. I recommend it highly and plan to go back

Relaxing and very comfortable

I was so happy to find this gem of a place. I wanted to be walking distance to the heart of downtown Aspen and this property has a great location. The walking trails outside of this property were beautiful; this had all the comforts of my own home. Loved the views as I woke in the morning, great light, very clean, and wonderful views from the inside as well as on the balcony. I plan on returning, as its easy to park, walk and in a quiet space. Very enjoyable.

I stay here frequently when come to work in Aspen. The rental has everything I need, its very close to town and has a great view of Aspen Mountain. Its nice to sit on the deck with your morning coffee drinking in the view. The light in the space is wonderful and I enjoy the decor. The bed is comfortable- I get really good rest whenever I stay. They owner is lovely and helpful. I would recommend this place to my friends and family any time.
