BEACHFRONT, OCEAN VIEW, RENNOVATED WITH MODERN APPLIANCES - 200 FEET TO BEACH

We were looking for an affordable beach house with an ocean view, and boy did we find it with this home! We were impressed with the quality of furnishings and the decor, and loved all the little touches. The photos are spot on! The house had plenty of room for two families with children. The owner was available for every question, and immediately helped us through one bit of confusion. The decks had lovely views of the ocean, which was surprising since this was on the other side of the street. The kids enjoyed riding their bikes to the General store a few blocks up and I liked the fact that there were extra bikes provided for the adults to ride. We had a fantastic stay here and the only slight issue I could see would be the lack of indoor dining area, but the weather was great, so we ate on the deck table for every meal. If you are looking for "on the beach" living at an "off the beach" value, then this is it! We would definitely stay here again!

We just rented this cute remodeled apartment rental for 2 weeks. It was impeccably decorated & was literally a hop across from the beach. 2 Beach passes were included which was nice & I loved the coded access to the unit. No worries about who has keys, you just need to remember the code you choose. Owner was easily accessible when needed with questions etc. The only reason I left off one star was that a gas grill would have been nice, which I understand if more of a personal issue since many people eat out or don't choose to grill & the fact that the back spiral stairs & decks need some better maintenance. Other then that I would recommend this rental.

We had a terrific time...Everything was clean and very updated. We would definitely stay again. Our only complaints would be the lack of air conditioning in the main living room. It was very hot in there. Other than that, maybe some directions on how to use the washer/dryer. Took a few times to figure out. Overall, would definitely recommend.
