Fantastic location, 1 mile north of the boardwalk. Quieter location across the street from your beach. Beautiful views of the marsh from your back deck. Minutes from the glorious drive up through Rye into York. Surf, walk, talk, eat. This little place is very special and very clean. The location is ideal. Fireworks weekly, events at the Casino, Hampton festivals, New England summers! Just renovated. Meticulously maintained. Kitchenette has portable cooktop, fridge, sink and all utensils, gas grill on the back deck. Please bring all of your own linens, bedding, towels, paper goods, food and beverages!

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at this quiet and cozy beach rental. We found the unit to be very clean and updated. It was very easy to find and the location made for quick & easy trips into downtown Hampton for grocery shopping or out to dinner. Close enough to the boardwalk for when we wanted to be there and just far enough away for quiet when we just wanted to relax. ( I spent a lot of time on the back deck overlooking the marsh.) It was wonderful to walk across the street and be right on the beach! The outdoor pool was a nice bonus for the kids. The owner was easy to work with and we would be happy to stay here during future Hampton Beach vacations.

The condo was clean and tidy, very close to the beach. Beach was really nice. Nice quiet location. Great deck on the back to enjoy morning coffee.
The pool was sparkly clean - but the pool area could definitely use some work and updates.

Easy walk to downtown shopping area. I would recommend for a couple or 2-3 friends - not big enough for any more than that.
