One of the largest rental beach homes in Bonita Beach, this vacation rental sleeps 12 to 14 six bedrooms , plus two additional sleeping areas. The Master bedroom has a king sized bed. The 2nd bedroom has a king, the 3rd. a queen, and the 4th. twins that can be made into another king. There is a queen sized convertible sofa, and two double futon convertible couches. The home also has three full bath rooms. The 1st floor has 1 king bedroom ,1 queen bedroom ,full kitchen,dining and living room.

This vacation beach house features HUGE rooms! You will find it very comforterable. Brand new kitchen appliances .The large deck overlooks the Beach and the Gulf... Absolutely Beautiful Sunsets!

"The house was fabulous & we loved that it was so close to the water, that from the deck, you could almost get sprayed from the waves from the Gulf. ( a bit of an exaggeration…but not much.) We watched the sunset every night & the dolphins & pelicans put on a show every morning. There were between 12 & 15 for the Smith family reunion ( 3 generations from 81 to 19) & everyone loved it and had a wonderful time. The house was very clean & comfortable & perfectly accommodating for a large family, where kids could have their own space in the lower level with the pool table & another TV set. We really enjoyed having “Docs” so close by & walked up there many days for breakfast or lunch when no one wanted to cook. We also loved the area….weather was great ( high 70’s & 80’s in early March) & people were all very friendly & accommodating."

"We just wanted you to know that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your Bonita Springs beach house. The house suited us perfectly with the 5 kids and 6 adults, and we were amazed how we were able to spread out. The master suite is amazing and the kids just loved watching movies on one of the TVs while the adults could sit and talk after dinner. We had a pretty good storm come through on Sunday night, which washed up so many more wonderful "treasures" onto the beach, that the kids spent hours there. We would love to come back again one day and if you're ever in California, there's some pretty good golfing right here in Camarillo..."

"Your house on Bonita Beach was the setting for our adult family reunion. The house easily accommodated the 10 of us and along with the beach in front became our gathering place for the week. With such a spacious house and the great deck and beach out front, we chose to spend our time right there. We all truly enjoyed the accommodations."
