This serene beach front Villa is perfect for a bigger group, family reunion or an intimate beach wedding. The entire property has been completely renovated and is divided into 3 separate residences that are connected by a series of winding balconies and will be rented as one unit. The main house on the beach side has 3 Bedrooms and 3 Baths, a beautifully renovated kitchen, granite counters and stainless appliances. The two 1-Bedroom / 1 Full Bath apartments are on top of each other and next to the main residence!

This serene 5 bedroom, 5 bath beach front Villa is perfect for a family reunion, a small beach wedding or any group of up to 15 people who want to relax together on the beach. The entire property has been completely renovated and is divided into 3 separate residences that are all connected by a series of winding balconies.

The main house has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a beautifully renovated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. In addition to the main house, this private enclave includes two 1-bedroom, 1 full bath apartments that have also been completely renovated to include a full kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances. Every residence has a new queen size sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests.

The view of the beach and Gulf from each location is dreamy. A common outdoors, beach side lounging area with a BBQ grill and private path to the beach completes the package. There is parking for at least 8 cars right on the property. Gather-up your best friends and live the beach life for a while in this wonderful, family friendly get-away.

Vacation on the beach

First time we did a house rental on the beach. We all had a great time and the house was perfect. From the back door to the beach on the gulf, out the front door to anywhere we wanted to go. Everything was fantastic. We hope to do it again. Highly recommended.

Great beach house for large groups

This house was beyond our expectations. We had a group of 10 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. Awesome location.....the beach is your backyard. This house has a great has many grocery stores, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. We would defintly recommend this property and are hoping that we can rent this house next year.

A very good place to be

The place (Daydreamin') exceeded our expectations. Close to beach, but still private, not so much noise from the boulevard, close to supermarket, no need for car to shop groceries. We would warmly recommend this place to others.

Great Christmas Vacation!!

Extended family in FL for Christmas - 1st time all together at Christmas for over 15 years. All adults, no kids. Great place. Loved the location right on the beach; shopping (groceries, restaurants, etc) close by. Great setup the way the place is split up. Was clean, most appliances/fixtures are new near-new. We would definitely return!!

Location, location, location

We knew it was a fabulous location from the web site, but it truly surpassed our expectations. We were on the beach but protected by a lovely pine grove. The weather was exceptional and the views from the deck as well. Internet access was readily accessible, and my college age kids loved that aspect. I particularly liked the fact that the trash came twice a week (important since there is only voluntary recycling) and the two barrels provided were more than enough. All units were well stocked for cooking and dining. We would definitely return.
