Condo, 3 Bedrooms + Sleeping Porch, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

Welcome! Pelican's Watch is located on Shore Drive. The 3bedroom/2.5bath is located on the top floor with a great ocean view! Totally furnished kitchen, linens are furnished, and the cleaning fee is also included in the total price. Short walk down the beach to Famous Ocean Annie's Beach Bar/Dancing/Restaurant. Apache pier is also just down the beach for GREAT FISHING! This condo sleeps 6 with a king, queen, and 2 twins. The sofa has removable pillows which makes a very comfy bed, and there is also a porch bed with a twin size mattress for an additonal sleeping spot. It is great for outside naps, and the mattress can be moved inside for an additional bed at night. Great kitchen with all the amenities, 32' tv,vcr,dvd,and lots of movies for your viewing pleasure. Restaurants,Icecream,gift shops all in walking distance. Shopping center with grocery,restaurants and shops a few blocks away. Briarcliff Mall and Tanger outlets are 2 miles away, and the live theatre shows are less than 3 miles away. Bldg. also has a gated pool in total view of the patio-and BBQ.Paradise :)
