Each of the four upstairs bedrooms has a private full bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi spa, as well as a private terrace or balcony. The Master suite, with a king size bed, has a fireplace, surround sound home theater, walk-in closet, and separate access to the pool area. The Jr. Master with queen bed also has the home theater system, ample closets, fireplace, and separate pool access. Two other bedroom suites will not disappoint both with queen beds. Seven plasma TV's, Wi-Fi, full-access TV cable, and iPod pre-wired in all rooms. Downstairs formal living room, dining room, comfortable family room has another home theater system. The adjoining office has a day bed. Me and my friends stayed here a couple of months ago and had a wonderful time. The house looks better than the photos and the owners were friendly and attentive. The property was clean and well maintained. It's conveniently located on Mount Olympus which is not far from many attractions and restaurants. We'll love to come back again!

Olympia Luxe Mansion is posh, extravagant, welcoming but yet quaint. I hosted a charity event at the mansion which received rave reviews. The celebrity clientele enjoyed the richness of the interiors as theY mingled and joined Sea Shepherd and Oceanic Preservation Society guests for the Diamond Dolphins event hosted by BeverlyJ PR. The owner of the mansion, Marina, was very accommodating and helped with procuring the mansion for all facets of my event. She is a real gem, and deserves accolades for such an extraordinary home and great persona.

If I could give Olympia Luxe Mansion more than 5 stars I definitely would!

We had rented a house for a week (Hollywood Villa Property # 285777 - also found at "themodernvillas"), paid cash deposit 2 months prior, and the owner and agent emailed us and cancelled the booking just 10 days before our reservation because they "got a better offer for a longer stay that overlapped our reservation dates" - so, do NOT reserve that house or anything from them unless you like to have your entire vacation cancelled at the owner's whim just days before with no care for your stay or their comittment!

But, everything happens for a reason and we were lucky to find the Olympia Luxe house available. The owners could not have been nicer or more accomodating. They met us for a quick tour of the house before renting. We had guests with us from Spain and they even went to the trouble of having Spanish channels added to the DirecTV service to make them feel at home.

The house is immaculate and decorated as if you live there. There is a 'boutique hotel" feeling in some of the rooms with their own refridgerator and munchie box.

The pool and jacuzzi are wonderful and heated. The house is wired for sound and great for entertaining.

It's just a few minutes up past Sunset off Laurel Canyon in the beautiful Mt. Olympus development. You feel like a celebrity when staying here. We can't wait to return!

NYE Cocktail Party

We hosted a small gathering of friends for a cocktail party on NYE. Marina was so helpful in setting everything up, she was very open to move some furnature to open the space up, as well as gave us some ideas on where we might put our bar tender, servers, etc. She was the best, and very fair with the deposit, overall I felt she was extremely trustworthy, helpful, and nice. The home is wonderful and I think the pictures are true to real life. Definately would reccomend staying here the pool gets great sun during the day! Thanks again!

Great time had by all!

We were very impressed with this House. The pool, hot tub and backyard is absolutely beautiful. The house was very spacious, well appointed and the Audio Visual in all rooms was a nice touch. The House was in a great neighbourhood and located close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The home owners were very pleasant and accommodating and were readily available if we needed anything. We would highly recommend this House.....we would rent again if we ever go back to LA.
