Perfect location in south Orange Co. With a breathtaking canyon view, and only 10 minutes away from Laguna Beach 'The City of Art'. Summer main attractions are; Sawdust Festival, Pagent of the Masters, and 10 minutes to Main beach. A straight shot on El Toro road minutes from the house to Laguna Canyon road & you are on Main beach! If you are looking to spend time at Disneyland/California Adventures, we are only a 20 minute drive on I-5 (which is only a few short minutes from our home.) Aliso Viejo is located between Los Angeles and San Diego, both about an hours drive up or down the coastline. There are outstanding golf courses all around our area, as well as multiple parks, hiking & biking trails down the hill, anice-skating ring nearby, shopping centers, Spectrum,restaurants, surf shops - the list goes on! Unlimited activities are all waiting here in sunny California.

Our home is very cozy and inviting you will be relaxing in our 1,700 sq. ft home in a peaceful and very quiet neighborhood.The view in the patio and upstairs balcony captures the gorgeous sunsets. All furnishings are brand new & meticulously maintained. The kitchen has cabinetry, appliances & beautiful countertops.There is a new plasma tv in the living room. Make yourself at home & enjoy an evening in: all cookware/utensils are here to use for your days spent at home. A sitting area provides a place to enjoy your morning coffee, or your evening glass of wine. We have a separate dining area for 6, a lovely living room area with a sofa and 2 chairs. There is a half bathroom and a full sized washer and dryer all on the upstairs level. Upstairs welcomes you to 3 bedrooms, 2 baths.

The master suite offers a California Queen bed, a plasma tv, a bathroom with a separate toilet area, double sinks and a roman tub and a seperate shower shower next to the tub. Please feel free to use the walk-in closet to store your belongings. The 2nd bedroom offers a queen-sized bed & mirrored wardrobe doors. A plasma tv and dvd player. Our 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, & mirrored wardrobe doors. The 2nd bath includes a regular tub/shower. All bedding will be supplied as well.

Our patio set in the backyard is welcoming with adjacent barbeque propane grill to prepare a magnificent feast all while enjoying the full view of an unobstructed canyon vista.
