About The Owner

My husband grew up on these mountains. Skiing is in his blood. We are semi-retired, but very active. We personally manage all of our rental properties both here and out of state. We love to have fun and entertain and this house has brought us many great memories. We have spent the last 5 years renovating it to either sell or turn into a bed and breakfast and we would love to have you enjoy with your friends and family.

Salt Lake City is our home, particularly Holladay and Cottonwood Heights. We are 4 minutes from the Cottonwood Canyons that we love. A country feel, yet 20 minutes to downtown Salt Lake.

What makes this house unique

This home is located on a 2/3 acre large lot and the grounds are especially beautiful in the spring and fall. It is located near the freeway with easy access around town and up the canyons. Wonderful restaurants, grocery stores (Whole Foods), liquor store and ski shops are 2 minutes away

Every thing is as advertised. Beautiful home , fully furnished and clean. Clark and Sandee were very helpful and accommodating. Great location for skiing and close to every thing else you might need. We really enjoyed our stay. Definately would stay again.

Great Home Away from Home

We stayed 6 nights to do some spring skiing in the area recently. Great location. Short drives to Solitude, Brighton, Alta, Snowbird, & Snow Basin (all within 30-40 mins). Sandee and Clark keep a beautiful home and were very friendly/accommodating. Very big 3BR, 2.5 baths, well furnished/decorated, and HUGE kitchen. Plenty of TV options too. The private hot tub in the Master BR was our personal favorite ! The attached garage was a major plus as well. We are already talking about returning next year and booking with them again. Thanks again Sandee & Clark for your warm hospitality and pleasant stay.

Very comfortable and relaxing home!

We had a lovely experience staying at this property. The beds were so comfortable and the home was spacious and quiet. We really enjoyed having a state of the art kitchen to cook breakfast and we appreciated the complimentary coffee, delicious muffins, and snacks. The owners live in the upstairs duplex apartment and you would never know that they were there. Very quiet and serene! The three car garage gave us ample space for our car, skis, and equipment. Also, the indoor hot tub was a perfect way to end a day of skiing! This location was perfect for travel to many local ski resorts (20-25 minutes to Alta or Solitude). We would stay here again anytime!

My friends and I take a ski trip every year. This year we chose the Salt Lake area. We skied Alta, Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton. Sandee and Clark's property was perfect for our trip. We left the house each morning and were skiing in about 20 minutes. The location was great! Anything we needed was just a short drive away. Sandee and Clark went out of their way to make sure that we had everything that we needed. They also recommended some great restaurants (The Porcupine was our favorite). Having a garage was also great! We could load/unload our skis and gear in the garage, out of the weather. We will return to Salt Lake to ski and we will definitely stay here again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

This is a beautiful home ideally located in upscale Cottonwood Heights. Plenty of good restaurants, shopping, movies etc. nearby. We are a family of 4 and skiied Alta every day. The place could easily have accommodated 7. The owners are easily accessible and went out of their way to be helpful. Bottom line is this is this is a 5 star property run by 5 star owners.
