We're American expats that came to El Salvador to surf and never left! We built our dream house and had 3 children here. This house was built with family and friends in mind.
We loved this location because it is so close to so many places to surf. We're within walking distance to Sunzal, just 15 minutes west from Punta Roca and 15 minutes east of El Zonte. We're also just 40 minutes from the airport, and 40 minutes from San Salvador so everything we need is nearby.
It's minutes from the beach where you can find the best Salvadoran coffee (at Dale Dale Cafe!), incredible seafood restaurants, a short trip to the city and to the mountains and even neighboring countries. The most unique and best thing about it here, though, are the people.
