Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

This luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo will sleep up to 6 people. It is approximately 1,371 square feet on 2 levels. The kitchen, living room, dining area, second bedroom, bathroom and washer/dryer are located on the main level. The master suite is located on the upper level.

The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for use. It has granite counter tops, side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and much more. The living room has a gas fireplace, satellite flat screen HD TV and Bluray DVD player. Enjoy the breathtaking views of Snowbasin Ski Resort and quiet park setting while soaking in your private 4-5 person hot tub or grilling on the gas bar-b-que located on the balcony off of the living room.

The queen master suite has satellite flat screen HD TV, DVD player, jetted tub, separate shower and double vanity. The queen second bedroom also has a satellite flat screen HD TV and DVD player. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

A bag of whole bean coffee is provided to you at check-in. The unit is also stocked with luxurious bed and bath linens, laundry supplies, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags. Additionally each bathroom has hotel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Other amenities include WI-FI Internet and one covered parking stall. Additional parking is available in the common area.

The unit is managed by Lakeside Resort Properties and the Manager's office is conveniently located on site and is open 7 days a week. Discount lift tickets for both Snowbasin and Powder Mountain can be purchased in the office. There is complimentary shuttle service to both Snowbasin and Powder Mountain. Pre-arrival grocery and liquor service is available and on site massages service can be scheduled via the office. Dinner shuttle into Huntsville, Eden and Ogden operates 7 nights per week from 5:30 pm to 10:30 pm and is $5 per person. Dinner delivery service is also available, a different restaurant will be featured each day of the week; orders need to be placed by noon for delivery between 4-6 pm.

Onsite amenities at Lakeside include clubhouse with reception area, exercise room and conference room. There is an outdoor pool and kiddie pool (open from Memorial Day-Labor Day), large community hot tub (open year round), 2 tennis courts and a short trail down to Pineview Lake.

Getting to and around the area is easy with direct flights from many major airports to Salt Lake City, one hour drive from Salt Lake City airport, ten minutes to Snowbasin Ski Resort, twenty minutes to Powder Mountain Ski Resort and to Ogden shopping, downtown, dining and nightlife. Additional ski resorts and attractions can be found no more than one hour away in Park City, Salt Lake City, etc.

Why Ken Gluck chose Huntsville

We have been coming to the Odgen Valley to ski for 15 years and love it every time. I watched Lakeside Village being built and admired its unique construction, location, low unit density and quality product. This is an area I knew I wanted to be a part of. The Utah powder skiing is some of the best in the world, crowds in this area are minimal and lift ticket rates are reasonable. Summer offers many unique attractions to the area: Pineview Lake for boating, swimming and fishing and the surrounding mountains for hiking, biking and wildlife viewing.

What makes this condo unique

World class powder skiing is what brought us here and provides a great opportunity for fun every time. There are areas of Snowbasin and Powder Mountain that we have still not explored. The opportunity for adventure abounds. These gems are no more than 20 minutes away with no traffic. Mountain biking, hiking or horseback riding on a wonderful trail system in the local mountains allows serenity amongst wildflowers and wildlife with spectacular views. A short walk from our condo allows a swim in Pineview Lake or just relaxing on the beach. Local shops, stores and restaurants accommodate most of our needs and a wonderful and historic downtown area can be found nearby in Ogden to experience other dining options and nightlife. A full complement of shopping needs can be found in other areas of Ogden. The management at Lakeside Village of which we employ have always been extremely friendly and have gone out of their way to make our visits enjoyable. In general we have found the people of the local area and Utah state wide to be very friendly and accommodating.

Myself and several members of our ski group stayed and the condo. Very comfortable and well appointed. We loved the area and skiing at Snow Basin and Powder Mountain. Plan to come back.
