YOU are invited to the most beautiful and serene destination in Baja California, Mexico. This luxurious home is located in Founders Village next to the hotel just a few miles south of the historic town of Loreto and just a few steps away from the sandy beach of Loreto Bay. We now have two KAYAKS at the house for our guests to go explore the wonders of Loreto Bay. Make sure you bring your camera.
This European traditional style home is designed to ensure you reside in the comfort and luxury you deserve on your dream vacation. The furnishings and fixtures have been selected to surround you in the wonders and charm of fine Baja architecture. Mexican tile, deep hinged windows, wrought iron stairways and beautiful brickwork are just a few of the many eye catching features. All rooms have heating, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, and wireless broadband.
Upon arriving enter our home to a private interior courtyard with water fountain feature; enjoy your morning coffee or tea under the covered patio. Open one of the three sets of French doors to the fully equipped kitchen, dining room which seats six, family room with Flat screen TV, Queen Sleeper leather couch and love seat, computer desk, wifi and a large selection of videos and games. Mexican tile flooring and rugs. Our house has been decorated mainly with art and pottery pieces from the local stores here in Loreto Bay. The first Master Bedroom en suite comes with an extremely comfortable King size bed. We have an abundance of pillows, sheets, blankets and towels. Soak in the oversize tub or wash away your worries in the large walk-in shower. Luxurious Bath robes provided. The two sinks are very well stocked, hair dryers, curling iron etc.
On this first level you will find the laundry room with washer and dryer. The third toilet and a large closet containing swim equipment, beach folding chairs, umbrella and ice chest for you to use at the beach. Plus many extra household items.
Sunbathe upstairs on the loungers on the Terrace level. Cook your favorite meal on the outdoor bar b que. We had a local chef come prepare, serve a meal for us and some guests on our spacious covered lighted patio. Plenty of seating. Tons of FUN! Early morning or dusk is the best time to really appreciate being up in the view tower. Whether you take a cup of coffee, glass of wine, margarita or cerveza take in the breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez and the Sierra de la Giganta mountain range. If you are a stargazer you will just want to lay out all night and look up at the sky. The clear dark skies illuminate so many stars it is an incredible site. In the day stroll through these Village homes and admire the beautiful exotic landscaping and water fountains. Cars are only permitted on the main road.
Lastly, if you can make the effort to get up early you will not be disappointed to observe the morning sunrises. Walk the beach and enjoy the tranquil waters. We have seen some amazing ocean life here .Make sure you bring your camera to capture a magical moment.
Our house guest will have access to all hotel amenities including swim-up bar/pool, kiddie pool, jacuzzi, small gym.
There is a second swimming pool with jacuzzi in the Founders Village area exclusively for Loreto Bay homeowners and guests. One of the best services here is to have a relaxing massage in the privacy of the house.
We have our own local store 'Baja on Site' located very close by for food and drink purchases.
Recently opened is a Wine Bar owned and operated by a homeowner, A coffee shop , a tour guide store where you can book to go on a hiking trip,scuba diving, Fishing, a trip to one of the picturesque islands, see cave paintings or rent a bike or ATV.
The town of Loreto is unique in the fact that it is a small fishing town with lots of history.
It has been a well kept secret for many years and when you visit you feel like you have stepped back in time. The pace of life is nice and slow and relaxing just what you want when on vacation. Taking the time in the day to appreciate life. There is plenty of shopping and excellent dining to be done in the cobblestone streets of Loreto and a visit to its famous Mission established in 1697 is a must. Jacques Cousteau called the Sea of Cortez 'The worlds Aquarium'.The New York Times listed Loreto #8 on their list of places to visit worldwide.
Yes, this location is relaxing but you can also have a lot of fun! You will not want to leave.There are numerous activities including world class sport fishing, whale watching, kayaking, scuba diving, snorkeling, biking, hiking and a stunning 18 hole golf course that wraps itself around Loreto Bay. Loreto has its own international airport with regular flights to and from the USA. The airport is located only a few miles from Loreto Bay. There are plenty of taxis or rental car agencies to assist you with your travel needs.We have a fantastic property manager on site who will make sure your stay is enjoyable and can help with booking tours, rental car or restaurants reservations.Security is there 24/7
