SEELEY/SWAN COYOTE FOREST CABIN

Condon Cabin Rental Photos and Description

Cabin, 3 Bedrooms + Sleeping Porch, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

Come experience Coyote Forest Cabin. Tucked within the Swan Valley, the property belongs to the estate of the renowned, Bud Moore. Bud was a noted Forest Service Fire Manager, author and renowned Ecosystem Forestry Pioneer. He was one of the last true mountain men. His main cabin and the washhouse were hand built by him. His family is willing to share it with you, your family, your group of friends, or your business associates.

Tucked within 80 acres of pristine forest, the property is bordered by Elk Creek Conservation Area Properties and the USFS. The acres are nestled between the Bob Marshall and Mission Mtn. Wilderness. This property is suitable for those unique individuals who still cherish the pace of the past, not to mention the life style of those times. The cabin is heated to perfection with wood heat. The hand built fireplace, by a Swan native Ted Graff, offers the ambiance for relaxation. The wood stove heats the cabin in a comfortable and efficient way. The cabin is lit electrically. The kitchen is modern and full..

Whether you are hiking, fishing, hunting or snowmobiling, this is the “all seasons” cabin for you. The grounds were designed with a Forest Service Camp in mind. There is a separate bath house, with storage. The second cabin offers meeting space if desired or additional beds on the upper level for those extra guests.
