I purchased this home in 2004 as a second home and we absolutely loved the home and neighborhood. It was 2 years old and we just loved it as it was so well maintained and the floor plan that we were looking for and it was on a tip lot. It was everything that we were looking for in a home. We considered the people in Punta Gorda to be nicer and more friendly than the people in North Carolina.....and that is saying a lot.
Of course, in the first 60 days of our ownership, we added 105' to the 45' existing dock and planted many palm trees among other improvements to the property.
The benefits include the non-heated pool, and a lovely lanai area that simply becomes part of your extended living area. Part of the lanai is covered for your entertainment and part is open for sun bathing; of course a TV is in the lanai area.
