You will feel like you have arrived at your own private island, a piece of paradise on the Gulf of Mexico. Swim in our lovely heated pool, play tennis, or relax on our deck with a glass of wine and experience spectacular sunsets. Anna Maria Island is a 7 mile long barrier island with uncrowded, pristine white sand beaches, a quaint 'old Florida' feel, many places to eat from very casual to 5 star restaurants and great shopping.

This property has a brand new kitchen with granite counter tops and custom cabinetry, and up to date bathrooms. All of the carpet throughout is new and the living/dining area has just been refurbished with decorator quality furniture and accessories

A balcony that overlooks the swimming pool has a perfect view of the gulf where you can have your morning cup of coffee and watch dolphins jumping in the water. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom, one bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. There is a TV set in two of the bedrooms.

A property manager is available on all weekdays to assist with any concerns or questions you may have. Within an hour or two are all the major attractions of central Florida.

Anna Maria island has been our family's vacation home for thirty years. It is quiet and family friendly. The beaches are wide and the waves are gentle. It is convenient to central Florida and one hour from the Tampa airport. Thirty minutes south of Anna Maria is St. Armand's Circle, famous for shopping and dining.

What makes this condo unique

Get up early and walk to the point (of the island) and back, go to the Pier for a seafood omelet and spend the rest of the day reading a book and relaxing on the beach. Try renting a boat, to explore the intracoastal waterway or hire a charter boat for a day of fishing. You will never run out of things to do. If you want a change of pace, visit one of central Florida's many famous attractions.
